Her and the staff also worked with us to include important traditions to our reception, which made the day that much more special. If we had an idea, we were able to talk it out and get advice from Tracey and the staff, as opposed to more restrictive or closed off venues. We felt so taken care of and I would 10/10 recommend this venue if you are looking to get married.

Everyone was really friendly, and they helped us feel at ease with the horses. I even learned how to tie a lose knot and how to brush my horse. When you get here, the ranch is huge but the directions are really clear about where to go and what to do. When you sign up for the ride they ask you questions about your experience with horses and use that to pair you with the best horse. For those who have none and have never been on a horse this is a great place to start. The staff are really knowledgeable about horses and are great at teaching you how to ride and control the horse. Also, the horses are highly trained for years and years so riding them is very easy and safe. The ranch itself is gorgeous with amazing views!! I have quite a…read morebit of experience riding horses, but I hadn't ridden in a while so I decided to go there for a lesson. At the beginning of the lesson the horse they gave me to ride was taken to the round pen to exercise out some of his energy, which I thought was kind of odd. Then I was told to get on the horse. As soon as I swung my leg over the saddle to mount the horse, he started bucking. I ended up behind the saddle sitting on the horse's rump struggling to stay seated but then finally went flying off. I was really surprised that I was given a horse like that because this was the first time I had ever been there. I tried to get on again and the horse tried to buck again. Someone grabbed his head and I was finally able to get on the horse. After that he was fine but I had some massive bruises the next day. I think Green Acres needs to have better trained horses.

I'm not sure it's exactly like riding a bike--but Karen made me feel completely at ease from the start. Kiwi, my horse, was incredibly patient and gentle with me. I have a painfully shy 4 year-old and a stubborn 2 year-old. I booked a lesson for each child on a…read moreMonday morning. We were able to walk over from Morning Song Farm. Robin was incredible. She gave us a tour, then taught my daughters how to groom and clean their hooves. The horses appeared to be rescued and rehabilitated, which is always my preference. She took Dancer out to the ring and had both girls ride bareback. My oldest is painfully shy and crumples with direction or correction. This is something we are working on, especially because she so desperately wants to be around horses. Robin was patient and communicative. She gave each toddler a turn on the horse, while the other could play with spoons in the dirt. This worked very well for us. My children's attention span stopped short around their lunch time, when they got whiny and stubborn. Robin did not take it personally and made sure to offer them the opportunity for another ride. Both girls refused and collected lemons from her grove instead. We went back to the tent and made lemonade. Consequently, both girls took a two hour nap after the lesson. THUMBS UP! We hope to return.

There's a variety of breeds to accommodate riders at any level. The owner, Kathy, gave me a nice lesson on horse behaviors before we started riding. She showed me how to maintain safety precautions and how to brush the horse. Once the actual riding portion of the lesson began, I rode a Quarter Horse while Kathy rode alongside of me on her horse. I felt very safe the entire time. On the track, there are mirrors to help you with your posture (which is essential to horseback riding). I was able to take pictures with my horse and when the lesson was over, I fed my horse some treats. Great experience!

It was SO early, and it really was good I had a jacket before we got into the balloon because it was chilly, but it is warm up in the air and in the balloon! Watching the set up and tear down ended up feeling like a part of the experience. The ride itself was amazing. It was unreal and so pretty!!! Our pilot had so much fun knowledge of the area and kept everyone engaged and entertained. At the end, they provided a champagne toast and certificates which was such a nice touch. There was some really loud country music and a bonfire. There was supposed to be smores but the marshmallows got wet so they offered doughnuts instead. They had the Temecula Valley astronomy club out there with some cool telescopes. They were very knowledgeable and kind. Even told us about a really cool app to see the stars. Event was fun we like supporting this local business with all their holiday and themed events.
