The venue and staff of the CRC Ranch were phenomenal. The venue was gorgeous and had a great wedding package. The venue already had a rustic charm, meaning we did not have to do a lot in terms of decorating and there were great spots for sunset photos. Ceremony and reception areas are right next to each other, so our guests did not have to go all over the place. Tracey was so amazing and provided us with other vendors we needed, information, and made sure the day ran smoothly. I was not stressed or worried about any details at all! Her and the staff also worked with us to include important traditions to our reception, which made the day that much more special. If we had an idea, we were able to talk it out and get advice from Tracey and the staff, as opposed to more restrictive or closed off venues. We felt so taken care of and I would 10/10 recommend this venue if you are looking to get married. read more

Okay, this was genuinely one of my favorite things I've done in a while. I had never been horseback riding before, so I was a little nervous, but David made the whole experience feel so easy. He explained everything without making me feel clueless, and somehow made it feel like we were just hanging out instead of being on my first trail ride. David also stopped to take a ton of photos for us, which I appreciated because I could actually stay in the moment without worrying about getting the perfect picture. Unfortunately, after multiple attempts to communicate with the coordinator Tracey and set up an appointment, we were completely ghosted with little to no follow-up. Planning a wedding is already stressful, and communication is one of the most important parts of the process. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness ultimately led us to decide not to move forward with this venue. It's disappointing because the property appeared to have potential, but reliable communication and professionalism matter just as much as the venue itself. If you want a fun wedding, go with CRC Ranch. My family could not stop raving about how fun the wedding was. It is a very convenient place to have a wedding as the ceremony site (lawn) is next to where the reception site is at (the barn). I had 225 people and we fit well. It was super convenient that there are air bnb houses on site. They are extremely flexible and allowed me to have two food trucks, a cigar lounge, a 360-video booth, a regular photo booth, and I was able to have my bridal party pass out beer during the ceremony. I also love that the venue provided lawn games such as corn hole, horseshoe toss, and had a fire pit for the people outside. Tracey is the venue coordinator and she was great. If I had any questions, she always responded quickly. I know there are some crazy ass bridezillas out there, yet she will still try her best to make you happy. If you didn't like Tracey, then you must be one of those ridiculous bridezillas because she was great to me. I had one of my vendors not show up at the time they said they would. Tracey noticed and immediately called them, so I didn't have to worry. The owner is Nick, and to book the air bnbs you have to message Nick. He is hard to get hold of, but if you can't, Tracey will be sure to get a hold of him. Tobi is the assistant venue coordinator and she was super sweet. The bar tenders that work for CRC Ranch were super friendly and awesome. The only cons is there are some dirt areas since it is a ranch, so be mindful when booking during the rainy seasons. Our car service, 'Your Private Driver,' Jim, highly recommends this company for our 27-year anniversary sunset horseback riding tour. Upon arriving, we met our wrangler and guide, David. He was wonderful and full of knowledge about horses, the ranch, the Temecula area, and adjacent equine operations, which was super interesting! Did the morning horseback riding for our anniversary. Booked it that same morning and had an amazing and unforgettable time. Maria greeted us upon our arrival and she was very welcoming. While she was setting up she said we can say hi to the horses. I saw the horse I wanted to ride on and luckily (as a novice rider) I was able to get the horse of my choice. Maria makes sure to pair you up with the right horse (horses). If you come as a couple, she makes sure the horses you ride on are the ones that stay together. Maria taught us the basics on how to ride the horse, took us through the ranch and talked about the history of the ranch, took us to her favorite trail, taught us about the history of Temecula and we were able to see some beautiful sites, including the wedding venues on the ranch. She also took videos and photos of us (which turned out really nice). I love candid photos and although they were taken on her phone some of them looked like professional photos. This is very unprofessional operation. We made the reservation and made the deposit but was not told that it was nonrefundable. Next day, we got lost trying to find the Ranch, but was able to arrive at the Ranch 10 minutes before the appointment time. As we were wondering in the empty office, no one attended us and group just took off while ignoring us. We missed the group horseback ride. When we finally got connected later on the afternoon, I was told that they Can Not refund my deposit, which is outrageous! I never experienced unprofessional and shabby business in my life. Tracey was there from the beginning ensuring every detail was thought about and referring CRC Preferred vendors, such as DSide Productions/Franck our videographer! I can't believe I almost said no to our magical video! We absolutely love our film and the experience was so much fun. Franck and our photographer Joanna were the perfect duo. Thank you for that last minute advice to hire him. I know the vision for my wedding was unconventional... but she made it happen with Nacho, the Beer Donkey and other animals our guests were able to pet. And the HORSES Tracy sent our way for pictures was such a special surprise! There was a mix-up and the dessert lady didn't bring our small 6" cake, but Tracey sent her staff to the store and got us a cake and coordinated with the florist to decorate it! My husband and I got married here last March and we had the most incredible weekend. We loved this property off the bat because of the airbnb and being able to stay on property all weekend. The wedding coordinator Tracey and Leslie were so helpful throughout the whole process and were super helpful with keeping things in our budget as well. The property owners son Nick was so helpful and was available all weekend to us via text. This is a great venue for DIY brides who are trying to stick to a budget. We ended up ordering flowers from Sam's Club and Costco straight to the airbnb which helped so much with cost and turned out beautiful. The venue allows you to bring your own vendors which is such a great plus. We brought our own alcohol and hired bartenders which Tracey handled for us which was super helpful to cut costs. We also brought our own DJ. If you don't have anything specific in mind they had such a great vendor list that was all amazing. We had around 180 people but I believe they can accommodate up to 200! If the villa is not your vibe they also have a barn that is indoors which is just as beautiful. Music must be off by 10pm but we had an after party in the villa which was great because of how close it is! Another plus we loved was the additional airbnbs on property, we rented out an additional 3 for our immediate family to be on site. The villa itself is absolutely amazing and such a perfect estate for the wedding party, we are hoping to rent it out every year for our anniversary! This is an outdoor venue and because of the rain and longer winter we had to rent a tent for the reception. Definitely keep this in mind if you're doing a wedding on the colder months. Tracey, Leslie and Nick really helped make our special day run smoothly and the attention to detail was amazing. This past weekend we had our wedding at California Ranch Company (CRC). This was an absolute dream wedding! Little about us. My husband and I are avid horse people and it was very important we had our horses as part of our wedding. We looked at several venues and CRC just felt the most like us. We worked with Tracey and Leslie, told them what we wanted and those girls made it happen!! We had the ultimate ranch dream wedding and I was able to turn a few barrels in my dress. Tracey was very responsive and easy to work with, she did really well making sure all the little details we wanted were handled and even went above and beyond. The catering and food was absolutely outstanding, the dj was really good! I feel like my playlist was a bit of a challenge and he coordinated it as if we practiced it several times. Everything was absolutely seamless and exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. A dream facility for many equestrians, it's also a working ranch which was really neat to have rodeo events for the guests to see before the ceremony. During and after the ceremony and reception I had numerous people come up and tell me how this was one of the best experiences and weddings they have ever attended. Many of these were seasoned wedding goers and those compliments were the cherry on top! A huge thank you to the CRC staff. Bob for allowing us to treat the ranch as our own for our stay. Tracey for handling all the questions, coordinations and more. Leslie for going above and beyond to make my special signature drinks and also assisting with coordinations. We had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's wedding this past week at The Villa. It was the perfect size location for our guests and everything came out beautiful. The coordinators and support staff were on point and always checking in to ensure we were following timing and last minute changes or adjustments. CRC Ranch is a 70 acre equestrian ranch with two absolutely breathtaking ceremony sites on property. I "got hitched" at CRC this last weekend and it truly could not have been any more perfect. This was the last venue my now husband, family and I toured in our search for a wedding venue. I knew I wanted something a little more rustic but still elegant and that is exactly what the Ranch offers. There's a stunning outdoor ceremony site with a beautiful stone walkway for the aisle, a wooden stage and arch. Then there's a beautiful indoor air conditioned barn with the most beautiful grand entrance doors for the reception. Not to mention MULTIPLE beautiful airbnbs, and trailer/RV Spots to stay at over night. This was a "pro" we were not going to find anywhere else and really what held our interest in the Ranch since a lot of my family would be traveling from Los Angeles. We ended up booking 3/5 of the airbnbs and 5 RV spots for our wedding weekend. As for the staff at CRC, I could not be happier with the way our entire day turned out and truly it was all thanks to Tracey and staff. From the very beginning, Tracey has been nothing but professional, honest, and very understanding of what we wanted our special day to look like. Tracey and her staff continued to check in throughout our wedding planning process to see if we needed anything and to recommend vendors to make the day that much more special. Tracey was truly a phenomenal wedding coordinator. We started our ceremony a bit late due to other uncontrollable circumstances but Tracey made sure to do what was necessary to get us back on track. Everything turned out so beautifully and amazing. Our guests had such a great time and loved being able to explore the ranch and look at the horses during cocktail hour. We had so much positive feedback from our wedding party and our guests on how this was just a beautiful wedding and would be a weekend to remember.
