For the price I paid, which was the maximum of their estimate of $200-320, I'm quite disappointed at this oversight. If they hadn't cleaned the trunk, I should've been charged less. I appreciate that this is a mobile service. Overall, the job was completed in a timely fashion and it was done well. I think more transparency with pricing is needed.

Pretty much instantly he replied, and we agreed that the weather was not going to play nicely with an outside detailing, but he could definitely take care of the inside. I sent him some pictures, and he agreed he could clean it. He had time this week, so I made an appointment and brought it over. We went over the details of the car, with me explaining the spots that had me concerned and he explained to me his process and what he was able to do. It'd be about 3 hours. So off I went. And after 3 hours Tyler informed me he needed another hour - and of course! My car was filthy! And when I got back, I was stunned. The slurpee stain? Gone. Cereal and taco cheese? Gone. But he also understood that the special snowflake stickers on the side of the door? Those needed to stay - else I face the wrath of the screaming toddler. Even the dinosaur sticker on the console - the protective charm my toddler gave me - is still there, without me having to explain. But all the nasty, disgusting dirt? GONE.
