The quality of the work was exceptional. My Tesla looked fantastic when Sergio finished--the paint had a deep, glossy finish and the entire car looked better than ever. It's obvious that Sergio takes a lot of pride in his work and pays attention to the details. The 4Runner received a full interior and exterior detail, and it looks better than it has in years. The interior is spotless, and the exterior had a fresh, clean finish that I honestly wasn't expecting from a vehicle its age. For my GR Corolla, Luis did a hand wash and ceramic coating, and the car came out looking incredible - deep shine, smooth finish, and clearly done with care. As someone unused to having a new car, I feel so much better about the paint protection. Best of all is Luis himself. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Pretty much instantly he replied, and we agreed that the weather was not going to play nicely with an outside detailing, but he could definitely take care of the inside. I sent him some pictures, and he agreed he could clean it. He had time this week, so I made an appointment and brought it over. We went over the details of the car, with me explaining the spots that had me concerned and he explained to me his process and what he was able to do. It'd be about 3 hours. So off I went. And after 3 hours Tyler informed me he needed another hour - and of course! My car was filthy! And when I got back, I was stunned. The slurpee stain? Gone. Cereal and taco cheese? Gone. But he also understood that the special snowflake stickers on the side of the door? Those needed to stay - else I face the wrath of the screaming toddler. Even the dinosaur sticker on the console - the protective charm my toddler gave me - is still there, without me having to explain. But all the nasty, disgusting dirt? GONE. All in all, I cannot wait to bring my car in to Tyler in the late spring after the weather is done so I can have him go over the outside. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I had a very concerning experience at this car wash…read more While my vehicle was in their care, an employee driving it collided with another parked car on-site. I was told at the time that the company would take responsibility, but communication afterward was inconsistent, including unreturned calls and delays in providing information. I was also put in a position where I had to sign for repairs and risk being financially responsible if the business did not follow through, which led me to file a claim with my insurance to protect myself. As a smaller point, but still telling, there was no effort to refund the service or offer any goodwill gesture after the incident. Overall, this was a stressful and time-consuming situation that could have been handled much more professionally. I recommend getting everything in writing and understanding how incidents are handled before leaving your vehicle with them.
