The next morning, a co-worker referred me to Kurtis. I am glad he did, because as soon as I gave him a call he was ready to stop by that same morning and do the repair. He mentioned he would be there between 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Not to say that I was skeptic, but at least I was happy to get a response right away and someone taking action. Curtis was on site a little after 9:00 a.m. . He was completed with the work minutes before 11:00 a. m. Now I admit, I was a little nervous at first having him come on site without providing an estimate over the phone. But I trusted my colleague's referral on his reasonable pricing. They have the branded trucks, excellent communication via email/text confirming appointment and technician photo and advertise via mailer coupons, all of which comes at higher marketing costs which explains the higher initial quote.
