We never know how long things are going to take. With TreCreative, this was not a problem. They showed up 4 hours before the wedding and were there until near the end. From the beginning, the communication seemed very strained and unwelcoming and I couldn't understand why.. It seemed as though every question I asked were inconvenient to answer and the responses I did receive came across curt. There was also a repeated emphasis on her offering a "luxury experience," which began to feel more like it was meant to convince me, than reassuring. Things went all the way downhill when I received multiple similar or identical text messages in a row on the same day. Assuming they were automated, I replied "STOP" (a standard command to end automated texts). Janessa then personally messaged me, insisting these were not automated but "curated by" "her team", and immediately offered me the chance to cancel and receive a refund. Before I even had time to reply, she canceled my session herself within minutes (8). And less than a month before my scheduled shoot date. The real kicker was that she claimed to have refunded my $500 deposit but never actually did. To add insult to injury, she blocked me on all platforms, leaving me no way to reach out, even if I wanted to. I ultimately had to involve my bank to recover the money. This entire experience was unnecessarily stressful, especially while pregnant. No client, (and certainly no expectant mother) should be treated this way. She should be ashamed. What could have been a meaningful, exciting session turned into an upsetting ordeal, forcing me to find an alternate photographer in less than a month. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your maternity session. There are plenty of honest, reputable professionals with kindness, integrity, and compassion, qualities that make a far bigger difference than someone's self-promotion of a "luxury experience." As we're 1 month away from our 1st year…read moreanniversary I decided to watch our 6-7 minute video again from Tusker Studio and it dawn on me I had forgotten to write a review. Watching the video again brought back all types of feelings from our special day. I am so pleased at how the video turned out and I am even more happy now watching it close to a year later that it still gives me tingles and butterflies. First off, Daniel was very very easy to work with. I did a lot of research and got a lot of different quotes. I wanted a story telling video with all the perks and most of the quotes was going to cost over 4-5k plus add one that I wanted. My friend referred me to Daniel and I'm so happy she did. His videography package was very reasonable and it had everything I wanted from other vendors that would of been considered add one. As our wedding day was approaching, he sent me out a questionnaire to help better understand the style I was going for and what was most important to me that I wanted captured. On our wedding day he came with an assistant and to be honest, I didn't even notice them filming us every where we went! They were so pleasant to work with and went to work as soon as they got to the venue. I don't even recall them asking me anything which was nice since I probably had a million other things to think about. The turn around for our 1 minute video was fast and so beautiful. after watching it I was sooo excited to see what our 6-7 minute video would be like which takes about 2 months if I remember correctly. During the final edits Daniel was very patient with me and had adjust or added certain footages for me at no additional cost. I wanted a video that would touch peoples hearts and that years from now When We watch it it would make us feel some kind of way and that it capture the love we have for each other.
