My 6 year old had so much fun here! The staff was very helpful and she learned quickly. She still needed help clipping on and taking off the clip from her harness but other than that, she was able to climb and challenge herself. The obstacle course was a bit high for her but I saw many kids enjoy it! Would love it if they had private rooms for birthday parties. They alloted us about 1.5 hours for climbing, which was plenty of time to try each wall. Such a cool fun climbing experience for kids Took my 5 year old son here. The place is filled with so many different climbing walls and structures. There were tables for birthday parties, events, etc. 5 years and under was $12.99 for 2 hours of climbing. Free if you're not climbing. You are fitted with a harness. Lots of young kids were able to independently go up and down by theirselves with a few staff members scattered throughout. Parents are allowed inside. This was my son's first time going to anything like this. At first my son was very scared but he slowly built up his confidence and then excited to try out the climbing walls. There was an obstacle course and zip lining for kids that is 4ft and above. My son had so much fun. Will come back! read more

My kiddos always have a good time at Hapik. There's usually one attendant walking around helping the kids strap into the automatic belays, but that's not enough so parents need to help out. They have a tiny play structure for very little ones. They sell snacks if you need a break. read more

But, let me say this, I'm very active parent so this was SO much fun for me to be able to physically participate with them! You walk in, sign waiver, show you how to lock and unlock, and ready to go! They have rock climbing walls, obstacle course with ropes, lines, zip lines, walking on moving sticks, climb up sticks and flyyyyy off. Well, you can fly off anything after you climb up! Lol. Great place for kids, rude management and good luck getting anyone up front to get off their cell phones to acknowledge you when you walk in, it's like your an inconvenience to them because your interrupting their phone time, workers inside the play area are great! If you can get past the rude welcoming each time the rest is great. Also, don't buy a membership thinking you will get to use it on the weekends, usually booked full with parties and those take priority over your membership fees. read more

This place would be amazing if consistent. There is a great obstacle course that has a height requirement. Despite my son being 4'0 he was turned away as they are cracking down on kids too small going up there. Completely understand that. However, He's done this course at least 20x in previous times here so today was a disappointment. Would love to see the sign placed correctly so kids can enjoy what the parents pay for and us not leave in tears Side note: this isn't on the workers. They are doing their job. read more

Visiting from Los Angeles where we have a Hapik and we were so delighted to see there was one here! Friendly staff, fun obstacles and encouraging patrons. My 6 year old daughter was terrified of the obstacles that wrap around at high distance. She started the course and then turned back before hitting the second obstacle. She took a brief break and then went back determined. The employee who hooked her harness up was very encouraging and the patrons there were cheering her on as she faced her fear and conquered the course. Needless to say, she left with such confidence and she had my parents (her abuelos) take her back 2 days later. Also, her abuelo, my dad strapped on a harness and had a blast alongside his granddaughter. So much fun for the whole family! read more

My daughter loves coming here and it's a fun place to go with kids who love climbing on things. every time I come here the employees are always so nice. Reagan is ALWAYS here and she is just the sweetest. She is always helping us out and have a ton of patience with the kids. There isn't a moment that I don't see her working. She always make sure that the kids are safe and coming to their rescue. Today I got to have the pleasure of working with Bri who was patient and kind with the kids as well. The overall area is pretty clean too. I never see any trash laying around or have to step on a sticky floor. Bathrooms are kept very clean as well. I can't even list how many times we've been here and the place always seem to never change. Give it a chance! read more

My kids spent 3 hrs here: ages 7, 10, and 11. They would've stayed longer but we came late in the day and had to leave. So many options for climbing. Staying as long as we did allowed them to master the climbs they struggled with at the beginning. The workers were less than enthusiastic and didn't seem all that eager to help but weren't outwardly rude at all. Considering a membership, that's how much my kids loved it! read more

My kid and his friend had a great time here. Price was reasonable at $14 for 1 hour and $19 for 2 hours. Only have 1 complaint - you have to keep an eye on your start time - we started 4:15-4:20 and staff told my son that his 2 hours was up at 6 pm. They did the same thing to a lady that was there earlier than us. The time stamp on my waiver email said 4:14 pm but i did the waiver and then paid / got wrist bands which took another 5 minutes. read more

For the actual place? 5 stars and so much fun. The woman who works there removes all those stars. She's incredibly rude, you can tell she hates her job and kids in general and makes sure that you feel unwelcome and a bother as soon as you get there. I would love to continue coming here but when you're met with toxicity and attitude as soon as you walk in the door it ruins the experience and doesn't make it even remotely worth it. Other downside is if you get there they won't let you climb for at least 20 minutes- yet there's no activities of any kind to entertain kids while having to just sit and wait. read more

The person working the counter was inconsistent with her rules. A friend of mine had to leave to buy her son gym shoes because she was told he couldn't climb in crocs. I was inside with my kids that were climbing and saw 2 kids climbing in crocs. After my friend arrived back with the shoes she asked the lady working the counter and she replied the parents of those kids were really upset because they are in a birthday party . Unbelievable. So I guess you need to throw a fit to get your way?? My daughter was also getting sore from her straps. She asked a worker if they could adjust them and they said no it's supposed to hurt. After an hour of climbing she was in a lot of pain so she reached out to the worker again who brushed it off again saying that's how it was supposed to be. My son was also climbing and wasn't complaining about anything. When we came home my daughter had severe burns from the straps. Something wasn't correct and she was trying to reach out for help twice. I will never be returning to this place. I gave it 2 stars because my son did have fun. read more

A wonderful setup and fun place for kids and adults too. The only thing that could be improved are the cords where you latch to. Many of them were sweaty from hands, because everyone has to latch on/off. Not sure how those can be sanitized, except for lysol spray. read more

How easily 5 stars turns into 2. My daughter and I have been coming here since it opened. We loved climbing and playing on both the junior and novice courses. The technical wall climbing is fun for all ages. Unfortunately, our previous visit will be our last. After paying for entrance, we found out our 6 year old was no longer tall enough to go on the novice course. Their NEW policy is the child must be 48" to participate. Now, we have been here before and understand new safety guidelines and insurance adjustments, but what I don't understand is the rude and disrespectful demeanor the employee and manager gave us when we challenged the height line they use for the novice course. The employee did, finally, go get a tape measure to prove the line was 48 inches. Would you believe the tail of the tape; the line is set at 50 inches. The Employee and manager still would not gain entry to a 49" child because they said their boss, the owner, would not allow the change. We, then, found out the owner lives in France and could not be contacted ( these are the lengths we go through to appease our children). To sum it all up, we will not be paying forward to "local" businesses who have ridiculous policies held up by extremely rude employees and incompetent managers. read more
