I have been in Invisalign treatment with Dr. Cyrus for approximately two years. Overall, I appreciate the care that he and his staff have provided throughout my treatment. One thing I would like future patients to understand is that At Happier Smiles Orthodontics has limitations, and it is important to have detailed discussions with your orthodontist about what Dr. Cyrus can and cannot be accomplished in your specific case. Dr. Cyrus was able to make adjustments and perform contouring on some of my front teeth to improve their appearance. However, almost 2 years into my treatment, for concerns involving the shape and contact of my back teeth, he explained that those issues may be outside the scope of what he typically treats, as an orthodontist and may require evaluation by a general dentist. I wish Dr. Cyrus would have told me about this at the beginning of my treatment. I appreciated that he is now answered my questions, and explain the reasons behind his Justifications. While I still have a few concerns that are being evaluated before my treatment is completely finished, I felt it was fair to share my experience so far. Stay tune, I plan to provide a final update after my treatment is fully completed. For now, I would encourage new patients to ask questions, communicate their concerns upfront, and make sure they understand the goals and limitations at Happier Smiles Orthodontist before their treatment from the very beginning. I went in several months ago to get new retainers and left with the best set of retainers I've ever had. The ones I had prior weren't properly trimmed and broke so fast. Please inform yourself on who treats your teeth. Dr. Neelab Anwar was my orthodontist at another office. After having braces for two years, I have to get braces AGAIN. I trusted the process, wore my rubber bands, brushed, flushed, etc., and my bite was never addressed. Dr. Neelab never informed me that treatment should have been extended to further address my bite. I trusted her to inform me of the treatment concerns along the way. Now, I'm aging out of my insurance and will have to pay out of pocket for my braces. I deserved to have had all this information before having my braces taken off. All she did was deplete my dental insurance and reinforce the negative stereotypes of orthodontist/dental offices. read more

Throughout my first 8.5 months, Dr. Nee paved the way to a successful surgery. I was being checked up on in isolation during the pandemic. My decisions were always taken under consideration. I always knew Dr. Nee wouldn't do anything less than the best, she explained the process so I never had to worry.
