Germaine & the entire front and back office are equally amazing. I felt heard & supported. I felt understood and listened to. I felt empathy; I felt like I was having a genuine human interaction, which is getting rare these days. Absolutely everyone there was friendly AND professional! They completely humored me, put up with my bad jokes and nervous babbling & laughter; answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Germaine was the best! Super funny guy himself! I hate to say it, but he was my favorite. though everybody there was awesome. And let me tell you, Dr. Soelberg has a magic touch! I had 13 teeth extracted, 3 alveoplasty's with 3 sutures. And that was my second visit. I had an extraction a month before this and had zero pain afterwards. Then, I literally had almost zero pain at all 13 extraction sites. Now my jaw is another story. But that is normal & I'm grateful for the i uprofen. I'm not sure if it IS normal to have almost zero pain at the extraction sites, but I did not. I'm not even sure how that's possible. They truly have a magic touch. The facility is gorgeous, super clean, warm and inviting. I really just can't emphasize adequately how absolutely awesome Dr Soelberg & the staff are. They made an absolutely terrifying, life changing procedure, bearable. I am forever grateful and I would recommend them 100%! Big thanks to the entire staff at NCOFS!

I called Dr Do and he said he could see me in an hour. I went to his office were he took a few x-rays and told me that the tooth I wanted to have pulled was fine and showed me the x-rays to prove it. When a doctor corrects my self diagnosis somehow I feel a little better right away. We made an appointment for the following day, Monday at 10 for a deep cleaning, which I knew I was over do. I gave him my insurance card info which for some reason was not working. He told me to come back tomorrow for my appointment and we could check it again then. I left his office paying no money out of pocket. He trusted me to return, which I did. Monday's office visit went smoothly. I did not have to wait too long for things to start happening. Full set of x-rays of my mouth were taken. Dr Do came in and performed the deep cleaning. He did my entire mouth in one setting. Although the cleaning session took a long time, Dr Do did everything to make sure I was comfortable; allowing to take a break at one point and stopping periodically so I could refocus. His office has a flat screen TV that pivots over the chair which is a nice distraction and takes your mind somewhat of whats happening. In summary, Dr Do is a caring professional. He looks younger than he is, but has the professionalism of a veteran dentist. I only saw him earlier today but have already referred him to a special person in my life, my mother, who lives in Escondido. So you can probably guess I would refer him to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

W love TLC Dental! Theresa L. Cutler, the dentist, has a gentle touch, and has always been warm, while serene and sanguine, at our visits. She and her husband ( a world-record holder) are parents of very young children themselves, and her heart for children and family (and her staff - evidenced by the large, nicely-framed family-style picture of the whole office at the beach, and proudly displayed in the reception area) shows! There is also a small photo album in the waiting area with smiling pictures and a write-up of each of her staff's professional education, experience, and a little about each one, personally, which we found to be comforting to look at while we waited. Our children could ask for the name of the staff member who would be cleaning their teeth, and then find them in the book - great for anxiety. The front desk - Angie and Karen - are an unassuming, well-oiled, well-heeled, quietly-purring tandem machine of their trade!! No exaggeration. Always friendly, smiling, and receptive to patients that stand at the counter directly in front of them as they work at their computers in the cozy reception area, Angie and Karen make multi-tasking with patients, phones, computers, vendors, and staff bouncing in and out of their work-space for records, copying, and appointment-setting, while also maintaining the 6-chair waiting area's always- current magazines and interesting coffee-table books, coffee tray with various creamers and sweeteners, and even a little 2-chair children's table tucked under their front counter with a few quiet toys, all seem so effortless. I honestly don't know how they do all of that and maintain their friendly dispositions and such a calm atmosphere - even toward the end of the day! Gems! TLC Dental also has its own key-entry-only, 1-person, rooooomy restrooms across the hall, next to the elevator of their 3rd-floor office. Marble/stone/tile...oooh-la-la! Some of the patient rooms have TVs with a selection of movies to watch with headsets, and there's also a "treasure chest" of small items for children to choose from at the end of their visits. TLC Dental certainly earns it's title - it's a very caring place, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there! The only reason TLC is not a 6-star for us is because of the office building's parking and the steep, narrow staircases (but there IS an elevator, so...) Wish there was a little more room in the lot to maneuver when getting in and out of our parking spot - maybe don't park next to a Beamer if your kids swing doors open widely (or vice versa) but there's more easy-access parking along the street, all free, of course, and right in front of the building. read more

Dr. Cutler and her entire staff are efficient, professional, very welcoming, warm, and friendly! Not only does Hygeinist Christine do a good job cleaning my teeth, but she is a very caring, sweet person. I have been a patient of Dr. Cutler's for four years and highly recommend this dental practice. My son and his family also go to TLC. The front office staff is cheerful and helpful, the hygienist very professional and friendly. Dr. Cutler always checks after a cleaning and reviews each tooth with either new or previous x-rays. I've had fillings and crowns and had good experiences with each. Even though I'm retired and on a limited budget I prefer to pay out-of-pocket rather than go to a dentist on my HMO list. read more
