I had a amazing experience for my 40th bday. We were able to book this beautiful yacht and the Chef they partner with in a few days. We had tons of questions and they were answered quickly. The owners were fun and provided customer service beyond my expectations. I told them it was for my bday and they even had a "Happy Birthday" sign up for me. The Chef was great! He provided exactly what I wanted: A cheese and fruit platter for the beginning along with mimosas. For lunch we had Ribeye steak, shrimp, grilled zucchini and salad. We had tortilla chips and salsa to snack on in between. We brought a ton of alcohol and they had all of the mixers and the owners kept our drinks coming! I expected that we would make our own drinks but they treated us like royalty! We were able to blast our crazy music, dance, swim and just have a relaxed and good time on an amazing yacht! After I booked, I was put in contact with Mari who promptly answered my many questions via text. We rented this beautiful yacht (matches the pics perfectly) for my boyfriends birthday (during Covid). Our group of 12 felt completely safe! Sandy and Julia (owner) helped coordinate everything for us, they were both fantastic to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. They even helped me pick the best Captain for our boat (Romualdo--highly recommended he was so chill, engaged with our group, and was very knowledgeable). He drove us into the sunset so we could take the most breathtaking pics. I thought the pricing was perfect, it was worth every penny we spent ! Unfortunately our date and time had to change from the original day/time I booked (the day I tried to book was actually taken and then there was an issue with the boat being able to come in and dock at a certain time) but Sandy was super apologetic and even added a bartender to our cruise for free, we really appreciated it and the day/time change was not an issue for our group. The service was top notch and I highly recommend their chef (Chef Vincent), he cooked so much food and let us customize our menu (crab cakes, salmon, bbq chicken, Mac and cheese and much more!). Amazing stay on this gorgeous boat! This boat was very comfortable and perfect for my birthday celebration. Had all necessary amenities and was very clean and well kept. The boats captain was polite and very knowledgable and didnt get annoyed by all the "boat" questions from friends who had never been on a chartered vessel. The sound system was perfect, speakers were on point and the bluetooth allowed us to use our personal playlist. Very comfortable and spacious seating. I have been using Happiest Our Yachts for the past 4 years and every time they are exceptional! Our group goes out with them multiple times a year over the summer and they make our experience always so much fun! Compared to other companies I've used before, they always answer my reservation queries in a timely manner and help coordinate the best of the best, which is why our group has stuck with them as our only boat option in the Marina. The boats are always well staffed with experts--the captain and on board staff always know how to drive and maneuver the boats in the safest way possible. We always see dolphins and they make it a point to bring us out to see them! Essentials are always well stocked on board--they provide cups, ice, water and some mixers.
