I have never had nails this terrible before. The service of the tech was okay. The greeter was so rude and could not look up from his phone to save his life. The location is filthy, the salon smells awful, and worse than anything the nails I left with look like blobs on my fingers, they are so inconsistent, and the polish is streaky and chipping after 6 hours. They are super overcharged for the quality and the time they put into your nails. I paid $60 for a short french tip acrylic nail set, and the lady did literally no sort of nail prep for my nail or cuticles before she started gluing on the nail tip, cutting it and then putting on acrylic. These look fucking terrible for the price I made for, and the treatment received while I was there. Never never never come here!!!!!! They did the most horrible job I've ever had done with a set of nails. The lady I had cut me with her filer 4 different times and split my pinky. Very pushy with getting add ons and then start giving attitude for the rest of the appointment when you tell them no, my nails are so think and feel like they'll pop off within a few days, it also looks like I'm already almost due for a fill even though I just got them done, and also left me with glue all over my hands and just a bunch of crap under my nails. I will never recommend this place to anyone because I was not the only customer who was not pleased with their nails. Another customer I over heard talking to another lady who works the salon and the lady was not giving the customer what she was asking for and was trying to do whatever she wanted on the customers nails when she asked for something specific. Came here with my daughter a month and a half ago instead of my usual nail technician because I was short on time and I usually have to book a month in advance because she's that good. I didn't think I was going to have the same quality work done but it was 2 days before a trip and needed a pedicure bad. My daughter and I got gel pedicures and I got a gel manicure she got acrylics and I was surprised on how good all of it came out. Our technicians were pleasant and took their time. Went in for an eyebrow wax. I have been here a handful of times and pretty sure I have even jad them done by this same person (Asain, mid to late 30s, long hair) once or twice. Usually it goes fine but today I am extremely dissatisfied. The lady only used 3 strips. 1 in the middle then 1 on the bottom of each side. No clean up with tweezers either. She handed me the mirror and I told her that no I was not happy because they were very uneven. She told me she didn't take anything off the top. I explained that I meant the middle: one was further in than the other. She told me I could leave and not pay. I told her no I don't mind paying I would just like you to fix this. She argued with me that "that's just your eyebrow" and not something she did and refused to even try to fix it. I've gone here for years to get manicures and pedicures. The last 6 months the service has really gone down. My cuticles on my hands looked ragged. The shape of my nails was uneven, the polish didn't cover my whole nail and it was THICK. My toes have developed a fungus under the gel polish and been drilled so thin that they are now breaking to the point that I have had to put acrylic over the nail because the break is so far down on the nail. Yesterday will be my last to come here! I usually come to this location because it is close to home. I wanted gel nail polish. One of the guys worked on my nails (sad I didn't get his name). During application of the gel, he noticed that they weren't drying and decided to raise his voice at me telling me "don't move your hand" (referring to when your hand is under the black light), which I NEVER did!! He repeatedly said "don't move your hand!" So I exclaimed that "I didn't!" I didn't appreciate his attitude!! At the end, he was trying to fix my nails, but I could see bubbles. Rude service, sloppy, and expensive. I went to try this place because it was close to my home, and I thoroughly regretted it. I just wanted my gel nails removed, and he quoted me $10. Okay, it's usually $5-8, but I didn't feel like battling Mooney to get to my regular place. He started to sand down the paint, and I asked him if he was going soak my gel (he said no). He was rushing, and he cut my thumb with the machine. I was not pleased to say the least. I get outside, and there's still the clear first top layer of gel nail on all my fingers. I go back in, and tell him he should of soaked my nails (like EVERY nail salon I EVER been too). A women legit brings out the nail polish remover in a dish that's 2 inches wide in diameter and tells me to soak my 10 fingers in it. That gets off all the gel from my nails. I won't be back.
