Despite initially receiving accommodating service during the COVID-19 pandemic, Nikki's service has since been consistently unreliable. She frequently attempts to reschedule my dog's appointments, canceling and postponing them without adequate notice. I have made appointments months in advance, as required by Nikki, yet my dog is consistently prioritized last. The most recent incident occurred when I had scheduled an appointment for October 3, which Nikki initially denied. However, I provided proof of the scheduled appointment, and she subsequently requested my dog's shot records at 9:30 p.m. (who does that ) I've been with her a few years and always tolerated but no more. I am extremely dissatisfied with Nikki's service and would not recommend her company. I hope others do not experience the same level of disappointment.

Mind you, my dog did go pee before we went inside.. and they had her for 2 hours. Pippa is used to going outside every 30mins-2hours to potty. Secondly- they said oh she's probably not house trained... UM WHAT?! My dog IS house trained. I've worked very hard to get her house trained (we still have accidents but that's to be expected) Thirdly- "oh you're dog is probably a rescue dog" WHY DOES IT MATTER IF SHE IS OR ISN'T? Yes, she is a rescue dog, i got her 2 hours before she was going to be euthanized. Fourth- "she tilts her head so she might be uneven" umm okay, the other groomer never had an issue with that And last BUT not LEAST- they razor burned her paws all 4 of them.. I just noticed this when she was laying down. When I touch it she yelps in pain. What kind of groomer says that kind of stuff?! I am OUTRAGED! my baby means the world to me! Yes, she's not perfect at all but she's still a dog and dogs need to be treated like family no matter where they're at.

We love the fact that she comes to us. We have four dogs, two small, two medium, and we hand her a small one first and then we exchange for the others until she is done. With our last two, the ones with a lot of fur, mini Aussie and shepherd mix, their fur is the perfect summer cut! She is a fully trained groomer because she knows what all of our dogs should look like. She is being professional, sweet, and smart. We are happy that we gave her a try and are in her calendar. We booked six months. She is awesome.
