I gave the man an impossible task. Less than 24 hours for 12 pieces of clothing that I needed military pressed and cleaned. I asked if he could have it done in 24 hours and he said "No, it can be done in 6 hours." Skeptical, I decided to trust him and I left. I returned that same day and my assignment was hanging right behind the counter, finished. Not only did he deliver, he charged me regular pricing for a premium service. Do NOT come here. The owner quoted me 35 for a down comforter. Holds it for a week. Had my number. And when I come to pick it up. Says it's $80 now. Ontop of that now it has an oil stain from the outside of his dry cleaning machine from where he just had my comforter sitting all week. read more

I called this dry cleaners to see if they could clean this Xmas infant outfit and the man on the phone acted rude about how he needed to see it in person and hung up. So, I went to the store and spoke to the man and to ask him if he could clean it without damaging it and he just nodded his head so I didn't know if it was a yes or no, so I asked him again to repeat himself and he just shoved the outfit towards me and walked away smh. Both my wife and I always have our business attire cleaned here, and have done so for at least three years, at least twice a month. Cleaning is done on site, and in our experience it has always been flawless and exceptionally well priced. Don't be put off by the somewhat grimy location. I like Happy Cleaners... there's a senile old man that works here who will take care of all your needs. He takes the order and give you the receipt with no price every time....senile. I usually remind him to write the total on the reciept, but I once missed it and he charge me a $27 fee for what should have been $30. No price on the receipt can work against the old man. The old man advertise same day and 24 hour service but he can't handle that so give him about 36 hrs. I once bought a pair of expensive pants that were 50% off from a dept. store only to find that the zipper malfunctioned (probably why they were 50% off). I took them to the old man and he replaced the zipper for like $7. The cleaners is in a grimey strip mall on LB blvd. I love Happy Cleaners! Mr Lee is absolutely wonderful! I've been taking my clothes to him for over 10years. He's so reasonable and very accommodating. While working I took clothes in every two weeks. He does an excellent job on business attire. Since retiring I go in once a month. Most recently he converted a summer dress of mine into a maxi skirt! Perfect! Worst Service EVER!!!!! I don't even know how well there cleaning can be if there service is AWFUL!!!! I called today to find out the price for cleaning Coveralls. The guy hung up on me. Ok... so I got disconnected.... not the first time this has happened to me in a lifetime. So I called back and say I am sorry we must have gotten disconnected. My family and I have been bringing our dry cleaning here for many years and we absolutely love it. They get the job done! The elder Asian guy can be a bit rude sometimes, but you just got to get to know him. Same day service is offered, but they can get strict with it. This is understandable as they can get very busy during the weekends. There is also a cut-off time. I would definitely recommend Happy Cleaners! read more
