I've been going to this cleaners for over 15 years and the last time I went here I dropped off 6 pairs of slacks and instructed a young lady that I've never dealt with before to please check the lap area and pockets for stains and I pulled out and pair of pants that had food stains and showed her exactly where it was at. When I picked up my clothes and handed over my credit card, the person who helped me said that they're already charged my credit card on file. I was a little uneasy about that but I didn't say anything and took my clothes and left. When I got home to put my slacks in the closet, I saw that three of my pants still have food stains on them. I need to wear one of the pants the next day so I went to the kitchen and grabbed a paper towel and wet it and tried to use that to remove the stains which came out almost immediately. I went ahead and cleaned the other two and then inspected the other pants. Two of the three remaining pants had ink stains that were very visible. I don't recall dropping the pants off with ink stains on them but I do carry pens in my pockets at work so I'm pretty sure it was me that stained them. But either way, I was very disappointed that 5 out of the 6 pants came by unresolved. I called the store and spoke with a woman which really didn't get anywhere so I asked her if she can have Ruben, owner, call me. Three days goes by, no phone call from Ruben so I decided to stop by on the way to work. I spoke with Ruben and he was very rude with me stating that the spotters do the cleaning and the girls take the clothes in and they might not know if certain stains can be removed or not. I mentioned that this isn't my fault and that maybe you should train your girls to figure what stains can or cannot be removed and his response was, "it doesn't work that way!" I told him, what do you meant it doesn't work that way? I mentioned to him that I work at a car dealership and that if we can't fix someone's car, we are not going to charge them so why are you charging me for work that you're not able to complete properly? He replied, "so you want me to do work and not get paid for it?" I told him, "if you're not able to remove the stains, it would be nice if you can tell me upfront so that I don't have to pay for something you cannot do!" He then went on to say, "you work at a car dealership and your rip people off because you take cars that people trade in and then sell it again for more money!" Umm, yes we are a business but why are you insulting me when I can trying to fix a problem that we have!!! I was pretty upset and left but I went back and spoke with his daughter who said that she would like to work with me to resolve this and at the point, I was very upset so I told her that I want to leave so I can cool off but I asked her to call me later which she never did! It's been over 3 days. I'm just going to contest the charges with my credit company since they charged my credit card without my consent! They are really close to my house and I like the fact that the dry cleaning is done onsite. They were efficient and did a good job on the dress, suit and jacket I brought in. The only slight issue was they used one bag for all three items, my previous cleaners used to bag each separately. The cost seems reasonable, not cheap but not overly expensive. Military don't go here. SEE PHOTOS All of my shirts are pressed so hard you can see the back side stitching and seams through the shirt. Nothing came back without wrinkles and they lost 3 out of the four pocket buttons on my dress uniform. This was $54 I can never get back. Been coming here for at least 10 years. Since we are "regular customer" the service was fine. However, I''ve lost and cracked so many buttons. Its difficult to make a change. But this morning was the last straw. Tried to drop off some dry cleaning and needed it by tomorrow. I usually pick up my order a week or so later but this time I needed them done by the next day. Each time I noticed something clothes seem faded like they were cleaned other then dry cleaning. I question it and a older lady could not understand. This is where I take our dry cleaning. I drop the shirts off around 8AM and it is ready for pick up after 4PM the same day. What's great is if you pay in full when you drop your dry cleaning off they will give you 10% off ! Other money saving options are to print coupons that are available on their website which I've seen many do. The shirts look good when my husband wears them. You fill-em up, drop-em off anytime (they have a large slot by the front door) and you pick-up your order whenever you like. It's pretty handy. Any special requests, just jot 'em down by the tag on the bag. Why just 4 stars? Sometimes stains don't come out, especially on my hubby's business shirts. The parking can be a problem like Bruce L mentioned in his review. (I secretly find it cool you can park on the sidewalk.) All in all, I'd say give them a shot. Oh, yeah, not for tailoring though. I went here a couple of years ago and will NEVER go back. Came to drop off a suit and shirt and was told it would be ready the next day. I called the next morning to see if they could put a rush on it and would pay the express fee. The lady told me she would call me right back to give me a definite answer and time it would be ready, which she later did. I came in 1 1/2 hours after I was told it would be ready. I come in and a completely rude woman tells me its not ready and walks away. I explain to her I called in earlier and was given a time to come back. If they were unable to do it in the time frame I could have taken it somewhere else who could. I ended up having to wait there longer trying to get someone's attention after just being ignored. Clothes are clean but girl working the front does not communicate well. I dropped off my clothes to be washed (fluff and fold) and explained one batch can't be washed/dried with fabric softener. The girl assured me they don't use fabric softener soo it didnt matter but when I picked up my laundry I had two charges for $11.70 for a 2 shirts and 2 pants. I asked her to explain why I was charged so much and she explained that she made it two orders, with two separate minimum charges, for the ones without softener. If she had communicated this in the beginning I would have just asked for no softener in all of them. I sent my son in with dry cleaning to get same day service. He calls me at 11:43 to tell me that they informed him same day dry cleaning needed to be in at 11am. Their website says noon. I call to let them know they need to change the time on the website and the woman on the phone says she has no control over what the website says. Really? You have no way of contacting anyone who can change the time on the website or contacting anyone who works at that location to inform someone of the time discrepancy? And even if you don't how is that my problem as a potential customer coming into a business that you work for. Horrible customer service. There are two rules to customer service. #1 the customer is always right. #2 If the customer is wrong, they are right. That is because without customers you would not have a job.
