Peter and his family took it upon themselves to stop everything they were doing and steam the dress for me on the spot without question, even though I was never a customer there before. While waiting for the dress, I had the opportunity to observe how they treat their customer , and it makes me so happy to know that there are still family operated businesses out there that care not only about the work they do but the people who bring them business. Upon entering the store, it seemed like they knew everybody and greeted everyone by their first name with a warm loving smile and polite chit chat! After sticking a pin in the front (which took a minute) I requested that the woman pin it up so I could assess the length while sitting down. she screeched for her husband who barked at me in broken English that they don't do that. He also told me I was TOO OLD to wear it that short. I look great in mini dresses and will wear whatever I want. I've had dozens of dresses like this shortened. But to get them to lower their voices I said I would simply bring it home and measure it against another dress for length and come back. At NO TIME did I ever say I would go elsewhere. These people barely speak English, and whoever is writing responses is lying for them. At any rate, to get them to stop acting like animals I simply shrugged and asked them to take in a camisole that is quite baggy. For reasons I'll never understand when I came out the rude unprofessional owner began screaming at me to get out of the store. I know what happened. They know what happened. They were horrible. To make it worse they are lying about what happened. if they would admit to how they acted and apologize I would take these reviews down. The coat had an attached faux fox collar of white fake fur that was beautiful. Stacy the counter person said they could clean it. I was charged $15 for my coat. When I picked it up it was completed wrinkled, filthy dirty and the beautiful faux fur collar was destroyed. I immediately said the coat is dirty and the collar was destroyed!!! It melted in the cleaning process into what looks and feels like a rough hair curler. Stacy, a woman Ive been friendly and chatted with for months, did not apologize, did not offer my money back, did not offer a coupon for my next cleaning...did NOT EVEN MAKE EYE CONTACT WITH ME. My beautiful brand new $120 coat was ruined and she didnt care at all. Just pulled it from me and said we will clean it again and brush out thr collar. I was so upset I didnt go back for 3 weeks.
