I've been going to Happy Clinic for a couple years now, and although my cosmetic needs are fairly light on the spectrum, these guys are the best! I used to see Dr Phil, then recently switched to Dr Charlie...and I love them both. Neither one of them ever makes you feel bad about your skin or appearance (I think we've all been to med spas that don't quite have their bedside manner perfected). In fact, it's quite the opposite. Dr Charlie makes suggestions but isn't pushy and is not aggressive with Botox or filler consults. If you want a natural look, tell him and he delivers. If you're on a budget, tell him your price point and he'll keep you on track. If you have a gazillion moles that you are super self conscious about, tell him and he'll help you address those safely and with beautiful results. The whole staff is very kind and welcoming. I love this place :) They have helped some of my scars with a few different treatments over the years. I love their skincare line, and you can have it sent to you if you're out of state/town. The Happy skincare line of 3 Items (Cleanser, Serum, Cream) replaced the Skinmedica 4 Items I was using before. It costs less with wonderful results. I'd recommend it. They offer great specials. I always try to save for those, and they work well with you. I have found you can sometimes get in with last minute appointments. They have a nice waiting area, and light refreshments. You can book online, but I prefer to make my appts over the phone. 8/10 I get the best customer service here! Parking is sort of limited, but I have never had a problem. You might if you come during busier times of the day. Just a little farther to walk, but should be able to find something. I received Botox from this place a few months ago. The female doctor (I can't recall her name) was very sweet but the Botox never really "took"and what did wore off super fast. I don't know if it was watered down, her technique, not enough units (I got the same I always did prior to trying this place out (I had recently moved to Denver). Also, I was left with little dark bruises all over my face. This had never happened before (and hasn't happened again either). If I could give no stars for my appointment with Alfonso, I would. He reminded me of a slimy, used car salesman and spoke down to me about my skin. I should have listened to my gut and not purchased the recommended products. I only did since I knew they were from a reputable brand. When I asked him questions on the order to use them though etc he couldn't really give me a straight response. I am not generally a person who writes reviews, but I am so incredibly pleased with my experience today that I felt compelled to write my thoughts. I have been to more than my fair share of clinics and spas, but Happy Clinic tops every single one of them -- by far! I was so happy to see that Happy Clinic posts its prices on its website, but I was a little apprehensive because I thought that with such great prices, they might be a little "low budget" in other aspects. Not at all. First, its ambiance is beautiful and soothing. Second, the entire staff was very friendly, welcoming and genuine without trying to be pretentious -- like a lot of the other ones out there. And probably most important in my experience today was Dr. Sharma. He was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He spent a great deal of time consulting with me, was not rushed in the least bit, listened to exactly what my concerns were, and we together came up with a treatment plan that worked for me. Now for the really great part: Dr. Sharma is magical in the way he works. I mean MAGICAL. If you're squeamish around needles, he's the doc for you. I have never had filler placed with no discomfort or pain. I had no anesthesia at all and and there was literally no pain or even the slightest bit of discomfort! My Botox visit was about 2 minutes long and consisted of "did you like the results from last time" and "we will do the same thing" when I said yes. No consultation, no evaluation, for $250 I think I could at least talk about my skin or skin care plan. She went so fast it didn't even seem like she was being careful and I ended up with two bruises. The worst part was when I got into my car and looked in the mirror I had 8 pricks of blood on my face, one dripping. 3 people saw me no one told me. I was very pleased when I first went here but now that prices went up and with this experience I will look for a new place. read more

As they say if this review will help at least one person, it's worth writing. 1- they had cheap prices 2- customer service is great, except Alfonso, took the star off just because of him. Had 3 sessions of sciton profractional laser to help with scaring on my face. The results: - skin has grid pattern, very wierd. -microholes all over - didnt help with scaring at all, actually made skin look so much worse than before i came in. Skin looked good for a month after the procedure, but then went back to the old self. - left me with severe hyperpigmentation, still can't find a way to get rid of it year and a half passed. After the last profractional, 2 month after it, i started developing hyperpigmentation, ( actually had a little pigmentation after 2nd treatment, but it didnt bother me as it was very very small) got back to the clinic 4 month later, talked to Alfonso he suggested to buy their overpriced tri-luma. N let it heal. Big mistake to listen to the guy with no medical degree. Got tri-luma from my doc much much cheaper. You should give the tri-luma for free if you mess up your patients skin so bad!!! Tri-luma helped at first but then things went south. So i headed back to the clinic to get a chem peel. Did squat. Paid another 1300$ for 6 carbon peels n 5 tonings, didnt help. Anyway shame on me I paid 3k$ to ruin my skin!! I learned my lesson, if the prices seem to be too good to be true it's probably garbage. Do yourself a favor and find a better clinic, where if they mess up, they will try their best to fix the mistake and not try to get rid of you. Stay away from Alfonso's opinions* My answer to your reply, as i did carbon peels, even Michel noticed that pigmentation got worse. The protocol was followed after each pro-fractional, after each carbon peel. As a doctor you should know that tri-luma for asian patients makes the condition worse. All you guys do there is money laundering. Would never wrote a review if skin looked better after 3000$ spent on it. Never had a problem before in other spas. I went to Dr. Nguyen today for my first laser tattoo removal appointment. The clinic is really peaceful and quiet, more like a spa. The staff is all SUPER professional and friendly. Dr. Nguyen was training a new PA so he did half of my procedure and she did the other half. They were both fantastic, really efficient and professional. And as has been mentioned, the prices at Happy Clinic can not be beat. I've been pricing out removal of a decent sized tattoo (in prep for a new piece) and Dr. Nguyen was about 30-40% cheaper than anyone else. And I was absolutely thrilled with the service. This place was ok. But now that Dr. Phill restrict his visits to $500 (which I think it says a lot about how this place it is manage) I have to try another doctor there. She was terrible and left me with a huge bruise that I'll say it was really a hematoma since so much blood was under the skin... This never happened after 10 year of receiving Botox. A bruise is ok but this was something else. Very painful. I couldn't move my right eyebrow at all. Very poorly done. I will say now after one year to going there that this place it is all about money. They don't take the time and the effort to really "Customer Service" Down Down! Never again! Bye Bye!
