My new go-to place to get CBD cartridges and whatever else I may need. The prices are the best I've seen in Austin... The selection is killer and the staff is top notch. I was immediately greeted and was walked through all of the options for what I needed. We shot the shit for a bit and I enjoyed the visit. i've honestly never met kinder people!! the whole store is just a vibe and the people working it are beyond nice! Chris was super helpful to me today. so kind. - had a CBD cart that was clogged up when i bought it didn't open till a few hours later and i realized so i called and honestly wasn't expecting anything due to the fact that i can't prove it came broken and i already went home. but a very nice woman told me to bring it right back and she would give me a new one. she did not have to do that in the slightest but did and i'm so thankful!! and i appreciate it very much. read more

To everyone who worked at the 7205 N Lamar location, I couldn't thank them all enough, aside from how friendly and helpful and awesome they always were everytime I went in to the store but one day when my wallet was stolen and someone spent over 3 grand out of my account which caused so much trouble for my girl and I it actually cost us our place and we were homeless for a little while while we recovered. Anyways, one of the places the dude who stole my card at was happy clouds, so I called them up and explained the situation to them and they told me to come down to the store and when i got there they helped me pull up thesecurity footage of the dude who used my card and gave me a copy of it which ended up bieng the only reason i eventually got fully reimbursed by my bank and the guy got caught too. if it hadn't been for who it was working that day (sorry i cant remember names its been a few years) i would've never got reimbursed by the bank and the guy whould've got away with it. This is my absolute favorite place to go. I used come down once a month from the DFW area, now I moved back and now very close to the shop. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Eric has tried everything in the store from CBD cereals, tinctures, honey, vape pens, pipes and we always appreciate his honest opinions and recommendations. Unlike many other shops in Austin, the staff is friendly, the prices are lower, they have a cool vibe and I don't feel like I'm at a death metal concert sending me into a frenzy. When I come to town, I always make it a point to stop in and say hello to the gang as they feel like my extended family. Thank you Zack, Eric, Joe, Olivia, Lori, Spencer, and John. Came down from FT. Worth for the weekend. Wanted to check out this head shop for the fun of it. Very chill vibe with a friendly greeting and helpful service. Didn't intend to get anything but walked out with some really cool stuff. One being CBD edibles, silicone pipe and papers!! So much cool stuff to look at. Also was told about how on Saturdays they all get together and eat free food and drink free bears. Along with having cigar rollers, live glass blowers and music, and a digital artist! I come to this smoke shop to buy whipped cream chargers because they're priced so much lower than competitors. (I'm looking at you Planet K) Every time I've gone in the guys in there have been super nice and friendly and they've always got some event planned that they invite you to! As far as I can tell most everything in this shop is fairly priced and I live about 20-25 minutes away but don't mind making the drive for their low prices & awesome customer service. read more

I went in looking for a new dab pen and was looking at the pulsar Sirius. The guy working said he could do it for $90 and without looking up the price said ok. Went home and started looking at reviews and noticed the highest selling price for this pen was at most $50. They tried to hustle me seeing I was dressed nice and driving a nice car, I went back and told him this and he begrudgingly refunded my money.
