This place was 5 stars the first day I went because before I drove back to my cabin rental in Ellison Bay I convinced my husband I needed another one (within a couple hours) - it was soooo good and worth the wait. I got an iced vanilla oat latte both times. I was on a high since we tried other shops in DC and this was our fav so we ordered the drinks again as our last stop on our way back to MN and both my husband and I thought are drinks were so average - like we wish we didn't stop or wish we tried them before we hopped in the car to ask for a remake ...which makes it not worth the wait. The ambiance of this shop is very relaxing and the customer service was excellent. Price wise, it is comparable to Starbucks. My iced white chocolate mocha was delicious! My daughter tried an iced mocha, which was a little strong, but they added vanilla for her and she was happy. We also tried one of the chocolate croissants and WOW! Definitely worth purchasing. Stopped in the other morning as my wife wanted coffee. They offer a nice variety of different coffees and teas. The restaurant is small and does not have many places to sit, so it seems like more of a carry out, so we got our drinks and left. We did see some good looking pastries to choose from and a sign that said they have some breakfast sandwiches. It was clean and brightly decorated and the server was pleasant and efficient.
