I tried to make a first appointment for weeks by leaving messages to no avail. Then I walked into the shop in person and made an appointment for my dog. I told her assistant that I had left numerous messages to make an appointment and no one called me back. They groomed my puppy and did a nice job, but I had to reschedule a subsequent appointment. I left a message but never heard back. I tried calling at least five times after that to no avail. So I went in and Mary was there. She curtly said that she had me in her records as a no show. I told her I called in the day before and in fact I am now walking in again because no one called me back to reschedule. Mary wanted to argue about it. Mary was rude and chastised me for something that I had no control over. I'm not sure what her issue is, but be fore warned they don't get their phone messages or ignore them. read more

Friends had warned me against this place, but I didnt listen, I was very excited to get my dogs groomed here. I told Mary that it had been a while since My dogs had been professionally groomed, (but both had been groomed often in the past). When I got home with my dogs I was going to review her on Facebook and discovered a nasty and completly untrue rant about my dog (see photos), saying that I was doing him a huge disservice by never having given him a bath, this traumatizing him, (Social networking is public and furthermore it's extremely unprofessional and rude to complain about your clients publicly, especially when you have all of the facts wrong). I wrote her a message and instead of an apology she deleted the post and said nothing. Bad customer service. I will not be going back back to Mary, we were unfortunately unhappy with happy dog. read more

If you're visiting here with pets and worried about where to take them...worry no more. This was a delight, and our two pampered...but rangy looking pooches after a month away from home, never came back better from a groomer. We wish they were able to go there all the time. Very nice people, and one of our dogs is a little more difficult than most, and she handled them without a problem. If y live here, support her, because it would be a shame to loose this skill in Santa Fe. read more

My 9 yr old golden, Murphy, rolled in something foul and ...well.. terrible. I called Mary to see if by some miracle she could fit him in for a serious wash and dry! POOR customer service and does not return calls. I have been to her before, and she insisted she was right about my dog's mix and felt the need to correct me and make me feel as if I knew nothing about my own dog. I also asked her to trim his back side, when I picked him up he looked the same as he did when I dropped him off. I was not happy and I DID NOT LIKE THIS WOMAN or her attitude. Mary is the best groomer in Santa Fe - for sure, the best we've ever taken our fur babies to. She is very caring and understanding, loving to the dogs, knowledgeable about breeds and how they are to be groomed, and a very nice person. She groomed our three kids - a Maltese, and two Bichon, and she consistently did a beautiful groom on each. Mary is a real professional.
