Pros: Spoke to friendly & knowledgeable staff to book the eval. Booked it same day, called at 8am and went there around 1030am. Set up an online account and signed the waiver before arrival. Easy and quick behavior evaluation of my dog before acceptance into play group. Able to pay for 1/2 day rate which was affordable. Staff seemed very caring about the dogs. Many regulars dropped off their dogs while I waited for my pup to join, and the staff greeted them by name and dogs looked happy to be there. Cons: None noted, if pressed for a con I would say I don't like the cleaning product they use for the kennel, had a strong "chemically" smell but I would rather they clean it than have it be a strong dog smell.

I was worried as I saw some negative reviews but because of my past experience I took him in. They did a FANTASTIC job. He looks amazing and he was done in an hour. Most groomers want to keep the dog there for hours and charge a fortune. Wags is very reasonable and took time to talk to me about my dog's anxiety.
