Quick and friendly. The place has ample seating for a bbq joint. She said they smoked this morning so most stuff should be fresh!! Well for $30 it should always be fresh. The ribs had a nice smoke ring and nice smoke flavor. Tender but not fall off the bone. The brisket was excellent and I even got some to go because it was great. The potato salad was not bad. It was the fact from the time we placed our food order we did not see our server again til we finished eating and waiting around 10 minutes after for a to-go box and check. It's been a very rare occurrence for us but the service experience truly made us feel invisible. Not a single time during eating did we get asked how our food was, if we needed anything additional. Mind you while they were not our server multiple workers walked by us many times taking care of other tables while we sat waiting for the check and also once we did want to pay our check as well. This was also at the point it really started to clear out and was by no means busy. We had tasty food but the lack of service really soured our experience.
