Great food, staff, and atmosphere. The pizza is always a great call. Brunch is a must!

Down in this area and looking for a spot to grab some dinner this spot caught our eye. Now with the low star rating you may believe the food was a let down, but that's not the case. My wife and I did start out with fried pickles for an appetizer which came out piping hot but lacked any seasoning or much flavor. Entree wise my wife got the loaded chicken nachos and I got the spicy chicken sandwich. My wife very much enjoyed the nachos and chicken, all cooked very well. The chicken sandwich was solid but in the world of many chicken sandwiches I have had a few that are more stand out. Overall though minimal complaints about the food, and I suspect their pizzas are outstanding. Our real complaint would come down to the service which really was a lack of service. A host sat us right away and it took minimal time to place orders for drinks and food. Also not an absurd amount of time waiting for drinks or food. It was the fact from the time we placed our food order we did not see our server again til we finished eating and waiting around 10 minutes after for a to-go box and check. It's been a very rare occurrence for us but the service experience truly made us feel invisible. Not a single time during eating did we get asked how our food was, if we needed anything additional. Mind you while they were not our server multiple workers walked by us many times taking care of other tables while we sat waiting for the check and also once we did want to pay our check as well. This was also at the point it really started to clear out and was by no means busy. We had tasty food but the lack of service really soured our experience. I would say if you want to check them out for their food it should be pretty good and hopefully your service is a better experience than ours! read more

Love the presentation of the food. Water is glass bottled and classy. There are some unique options on the menu that work really well. Our server did check in on us, but also took a while to follow up at the end of the meal. read more

Nice spot here! Space inside was great, nice bar and many seating options. We got the beet salad which although looked pretty, we did not like. Our server and the manager were very nice and took it off the bill without issue. I got the spicy chicken sandwich which was delicious. I'd read in here someone wanted a grilled option? I find it harder to find fried and this was very good. He got the Mac and cheese which was also good. Good hang out spot. read more

Hard weekend of renovations. Decided to stop over to Ofd Fellows. I was craving the BBQ Chicken pizza and he was looking forward to the Fish and Chips. We arrived about 6:45 and they close at 8 so we had plenty of time. Though we thought. The wait staff was very polite and attentive. Since we knew what we wanted we ordered drinks and food. All was well until we hit 30 minutes and no food Out server stopped by to say the food was coming. About 5 minutes later my pizza arrived. Looked great and was very good. However I was half way through my pizza before the smallest portion of fish and chips arrived. 45 minutes is a long time. The two cooks did not seem to concerned they were having a great time out back. A couple came in while we were there and sat at the bar and received their burgers before us. The pizza was actually great. Bummer with the rest and I felt bad it had to fall on our server. Everyone knew there was a problem. read more

Potential to be so good but our two visits left us pretty underwhelmed. The space is great and it's a welcome menu for the area. That said... First - the service. I get that staff shortages are a stark reality right now but wait times of 30+ minutes with nobody communicating the wait is simpy unacceptable. The food - their pizza oven looks great but the bottom of the crust is severely undercooked and the dough is strangely dense. It's just not good pizza. Wings are decent, as is the fish sandwich. The burger was cooked perfectly but the fries that accompanied it were soggy and bland despite paying the upcharge for garlic and herbs. For the price point this place needs to figure out the service issues, change the pizza dough, and work on quality control. read more

We had the Spinach Artichoke Dip that was very good. We had the Mac N Cheese and Margherita Pizza. The Mac N Cheese was really lacking in seasoning, very bland unfortunately. The pizza was ok. It looked really good but was just average in taste. Drinks were good but the regulars definitely got better service. We had to ask for plates for the pizza and for another round. The bar isn't that big that keeping an eye on everyone would be difficult. I'd give it another try but it's not a must go back place for us unfortunately. read more

Food was good. Front of house stuff were friendly and inviting but seeing the other staff members take fry's and chips barehanded to feed themselves off the trays before serving wasn't very appetizing. There was one man munching the whole time I was there and two others eating outback as well during service. Again, all without gloves. It's not a huge deal but I would expect better hygiene. read more

I have been here on a couple occasions. Pizza was awesome! However, Be careful supporting this local restaurant. See attached photo of stuffed mushroom order I placed. When i questioned the server about them, she offered me to speak with the owner/cook. He came over and borderline challenged me to a fight asking, " What do I want?" My reply disarmed him. "I just want to support a local establishment, but can't based on what you're serving. I wanted to simply bring it to your attention." Poor service and product. read more

The venue has a variety of seating options, including a small bar for patrons to sit and enjoy. One of the biggest draws of Odd Fellows is their happy hour! They happy hour runs from 3-5pm Wednesday-Sunday! Being that I work during typical happy hours, find a place that offers a happy hour on the weekend is a big sell, and their happy hour offerings are amazing. Cheap (but good) nachos and wings, and a variety of cocktail offerings such as their house margarita for a significantly low price. I highly suggest you check it out! Other than their happy hour, Odd Fellows offers a variety of different plates such as appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and pizza. Their pizza is always perfectly cooked and crispy. I highly suggest sausage, mushroom and pesto pizza! Overall, Odd Fellows is a great establishment with a wide range of offerings. Totally sick of this place... the food will do in a pinch but nothing special. I live a block away so it is convenient. Fair enough. But, the management is amateurish, they allow children to run things and make up policy and bad business decisions. They also randomly close to-go ordering without notice or message on their phone. Its warm and welcoming ambiance made it the perfect gathering spot for hosting our family baby shower. The food was delicious from our chosen appetizers, main entrees, and scrumptious desserts! Their specialty beverages added just the right touch! Their staff was amazing, there was nothing they wouldn't do to meet our needs. A special shout-out to Mackenzie! Accidentally 'crashed' their soft opening for family and friends last year and they were super friendly about it. Found myself in the area so decided to stop in. Came here after a short hike nearby. It's a small establishment but we had no issue getting seated around 5pm on a Saturday. They have a happy hour every day with drink and food specials. We partook in the $1 wings. The wings are grilled and delicious! Definitely would get them again. Also had the spinach and artichoke dip that I could take or leave... the chips were slightly stale and the dip needing some pizazz. They have a great drink menu and mocktail menu. Also a decent kids menu but no veggie options to my knowledge for the kiddos. Great service. Parking can be a little difficult since they only have on street 2h parking. If you're in the area and looking for above average pub food this is a great spot. We would like to come back to try some more drinks and the pizza. read more

We recently discovered that Greg, the former chef and part owner of Cava in Portsmouth, opened this gem of a restaurant. He shared with us that one of his goals was to be inclusive and welcoming. Well, he accomplished this - and more. We had the best pizza we've eaten since our trip to Sicily, and the comfort and service were superb. We felt very much like we were in a local pub in Europe - homey and cozy and wonderfully delicious. It was well worth the drive from NH, and we'll be back soon!!! read more

We called in a ToGo order and the lady we spoke to was extremely patient and kind. Enjoyed our meals at home and we were blown away by the flavor and portions. I've really, really tried to like this place but it has atrocious service. I've been three times and each time, the service has grown progressively worse. Their food isn't bad, but 1.5 hours to get a couple of pizzas and a salad is just not acceptable. Our very inattentive waiter (a common issue here) honestly did a terrible job. We have done take out from Odd Fellows several times now and have adored every meal. The stuffed mushrooms and the perfect bite size, the chicken wings are perfectly charred from the grill with delicious sauces. The fish and chips is out of this world fresh. We have also tried their pizzas although they can be a little too well done sometimes. Their homemade blue cheese dressing is delicious and their food arrives home HOT. Finally, the service is impeccable. They had micro-brews, not just large name brands. We met one of the new owners. He was very nice. The atmosphere was nice and the food was great. We will definitely go back. Totally not worth it. Service was bad, the waitress took 15 minutes to take our drink order after dropping off the menus and I had to go searching for my own napkin and silverware.
