I've been going to this place for a couple of years now. The place before it was good, but since they have been under new management it's been even better! They are personable, talented and all around nice people. They always ask where my fiancé is when he's not with me getting his pedicure. The place is clean and comfortable with plenty of parking. Was in town and I yelped this place but it only had 2 reviews so I gave it a go! So glad I did! Super clean, which is actually what I care about the most. (Not trying to get a foot fungus) They autoclave the instruments and put them in a peel pack. For those of you that don't work in the medical field, that means they sterilize the tools they use for each customer. In addition they also put plastic liners in the foot soak new for each customer. My toes looked yellow after she took off my old polish so she used the drill sander to make them look all nice even though she was going to paint right over them. Lyna did an amazing job! I had a few (I could do better myself) moments at Elegant Nails in Kent recently and kinda gave up on going to get them done. I had a wedding coming up and wanted to get a medí/pedi and was able to walk in and have excellent service! The guy really dug into my nails that are starting to curve in on toes which I love and appreciate! And I'm prone to calluses on feet no matter what I do and the bottom of my feet now feels silky smooth after a deluxe special! I'm hooked!!! My feet were pretty tore up. I work on my feet and hadn't had a pedicure in some time. I had a manicure as well. The salon is bright and very nice. I finished my own pedicure when I got home. The girl that performed my pedicure didn't even try to get rid of my calluses. And the shellac on fingernail's chipped less than 12hrs later. To be fair, I didn't return to allow them to rectify the problem. I probably won't go back. read more

I saw this salon on here and I decided to come in today since they are located so close to my house! This was my first visit so I decided to call in and make an appointment first and I'm glad I did! Lily greeted me and was expecting me at my Saturday appointment and sat me down. I was offered drinks while she finished up a client before me. She's super friendly and took very good care of my hands and cuticles, which were dry and peeling from working in a pharmacy where I'm constantly washing my hands! She cleaned up my cuticles very well and moisturized and salvaged what she could haha. Hopefully the next time I come back it'll be a weekday because these ladies were busy on a Saturday afternoon! I have had very weak nails in the past and with Lilly's suggestions, my nails did not break at all (until I got them done by someone else as I was overseas). First time guest and I will return! I got there early, as did everyone else, but it was easy to make an appointment foe when they would have more time, which wad only a 40 minute wait, so I got gas, perused Value Village, and then came back. The prices are great and the pedicure services (didn't do mani) were great and very relaxing. They even gave a gift of some lotion and a mini pedicure kit to take home! Went there twice now in the last month and everyone there goes out of their way to create an enjoyable experience. Wanted black to nude ombre matte nails that were pointed. Showed her the photo several times and vocally confirmed several times I wanted sharp and matte. She didn't set the nail up right and ended up blaming me telling me I her told her I wanted sharp nails or didn't show her the photo very well (she could've asked to see it again). Even after she confirmed I wanted sharp nails she still gave me very blunt and uneven nails. I went with my second design. But would've been great if I had my first choice. The design was super chunky and rushed. She overall doesn't really listen and rushes the job. She proceeded to tear up my mothers nails even though she told her several times that she had crumbling sensitive nails. I didn't know my mother was in pain but after the salon she showed me her nails and told me her fingers hurt from the treatment and how she even tried to tell Lily that she was rough. My mothers nails are rushed and parts of her actual nail is exposed. We were charged 165$ for all of this. Was not worth 165$. . read more

I was looking for my forever nail salon home. I think I've found it. I made an appointment and had to wait about 15 mins or so. I started to worry but was quickly put at ease. I had a pedicure and a powder dip manicure. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she did a nice job. Lily did my nails and they are beautiful.
