This was my first experience at this salon. I came here with my mom to use our spalife gift card. Our massage was only 35-40 minutes despite the advertised 50 minutes. We arrived at 5:03pm and intake took about 10 minutes. In all past spa experiences the time starts once the masseuse begins. Not as soon as you walk in the door. Despite that I actually had a nice massage from the kind older lady. My mom's experience was much worse than mine. She said her masseuse was constantly on his phone and using 1 hand to massage her. This clinic has been nothing less than amazing. I have been going for a couple weeks already, a few days a week after a car accident, and they have been treating me very well. I started with massages with Larysa, and scheduled to be treated by other masseuses as well. Everyone is kind, professional and Knowledgeable. Dr. Sundara is my acupuncturist. He has blown me away with his kindness, care, attentiveness and I always feel comfortable in his office. Every session works magic. I've had other acupuncturists before but I've never seen results the way I do when working with him. My head always feels lighter. His assist is the kindest soul in the world. I sleep longer and better. I am scheduled 3x a week now because I am seeing rapid results and massages help so much along with acupuncture. He studied in Paris under some of the greatest doctors in the world. He can pretty much cure anything. I never thought one acupuncture appointment can work such wonders. I'm shocked and recommending my friends and family now to sign up to treat their skin issues, brain fog struggles and digestive problems. He is a master. Highly recommend this clinic. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now and have left satisfied 75% of the time. The OWNER does a very good job with her technique however, she is TALKING THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE SESSION every single time making it harder to relax and get a thorough, deeper massage had she been promoting a relaxing therapeutic experience. You definitely have to tell her you'd like to relax at the beginning of the appointment and as a client we shouldn't have to make that "special" request at a spa. At my last appointment they gave me an unusual bill; it was for a couple 100 which is out of the ordinary and not something I usually pay year after year excluding my copay. THEY DIDNT TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY and just blamed the insurance company (which hasn't changed since) even though they are the ones who bills the insurance companies based on diagnosis they chart. When I questioned "why didn't you tell me far before multiple appointments?" THEY DIDNT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and said "they don't know until after the fact" and had to wait on them. This is unprofessional and an inconvenient, financial burden. Had I known they would change how they bill I would have stopped coming here long before scheduling further appointments. They also told me my insurance wouldn't cover my appointment when in fact they would so, they told me incorrect information on top of all this. I went to Vivian's Day Spa for therapeutic massage after a work injury. My experience was not what I had expected. The front desk staff was not very corgial. The first massage therapist I had there told me to lay face down and not to talk. She did not ask why I was there or what intensity of pressure I preferred. Only once was I asked for any feedback by a massage therapist. The draping did not meet state requirements with the sheet and blanket lowered below my glutes so my entire butt was exposed. One of the therapists lifted all covering completely off e when I turned over. When on my back my nipples were barely covered. Without asking if I was allergic to any aroma therapy, lavender scented lotion was smeared over my chest and then roughly rubbed off at the end of the massage. My last massage there I waited on the table for 10 minutes before the therapist entered the room. They ended the massage at the time of when it was over if started on time. I was very unempredded and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

She has been my massage therapist for many years and worked at this location which was previously owned by Elle (now out of business since January 2014). She bravely took the step of leasing the building and starting Vivian Clinical Day Spa, and I love what she is doing with the place! It has a nice, ambient feel, relaxing, and the service is top knotch. The business just opened in the beginning of March and is growing. My boyfriend and I purchased their holiday special as an xmas gift to each other ! It was a massage and facial and I also got an additional foot treatment ( because what lady doesn't love a good foot rub or extra attention ). They were able to get us in and out around the same time which was nice , had water waiting for us and just all around a solid place . It is a more clinical spa so the facial was awesome but just more clinical than spa like . She did rub our feet too during the facial which was awesome !! I thought it was an extension of my foot treatmemt but when I asked my bf , she had done the same . The massage was also awesome ...The foot treatmemt tho .. it was really a foot soak right before the massage I don't think it was that much to add on but maybe next time I would pass . Oh my gosh! I get my lashes done here by Kim, and she is amazing! The lobby atmosphere is relaxing and soothing. They have a coffee, tea and other goodies aside while you wait for your appointment as well. BUT let me tell you about Kim! She is so sweet and accommodating. Whatever you need she will do her best to accommodate that. She is gentle as well. I would say the best eyelash experience I've ever had. If you decide to get your lashes done, eyebrow waxing or tinting, I suggest to go to Kim. She is my favorite and by far the best esthetician I've been to. read more

Yesterday I had my 3rd massage with Larysa and that was amazing. I have a lot of upper back tension and knots and Larysa made it hurt so good and my back felt so loose after. This place is scamming customers and insurance companies! They said the massage was $75 and my insurance only covers $15 so I have to pay $60. Thought it was strange but I paid it, then I get my statement from insurance and they billed insurance $200!! Insurance paid them $140 and I paid them $60 so they got $200 for a 1 hr massage that should have been $75 and should have cost me $15. Very disappointed and disgusted that they are trying to do this to people. I have notified my insurance company and they will be pursuing the matter. read more

Services and staff was lovely. Took my mom here for a facial with microdermabrasion and oil scalp massage add on. She smelled and looked great when she came out. My mom doesn't speak very much English and they took the time to explain everything and answer any questions with patience! This clinic is home to many different services. I've personally tried the acupuncture services and attended the upstairs Soul Spark yoga sessions. Both services were excellent and I would highly recommend them. Currently I go there for a massage. Larissa is great. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis the regular massages that I received have helped me be more flexible. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the office staff are friendly.
