How they stay in business is beyond me other than that she has some amazing staff and most people are fortunate enough to avoid her negative energy. Back story: I walked in, as I've done several times in the past, to get a massage from Bella. Bella was in the waiting room clearly available. She stops me and says "did you schedule an appointment with Bella?" I said no, not realizing that was an issue. But said, I would like a massage with her and clearly she's available. She said "no. You didn't book online so you must take next available." I responded that I'm here for a massage with her and clearly she's available, but she again refused and said I had to take next available. She seemed to want to pick a fight, but I had no idea why as I was happy and excited when I walked in the door, but now I'm confused and feel like I'm being cornered and under attack for some reason unknown to me. I then doubled down and asked if she was refusing to let me have a session with Bella and she said yes. I said "okay. Then I'll leave as I'm not interested in trying someone new." If you've ever had a massage then you know the quality varies drastically. My wife has had a few massages there and said they were all "okay". However the massage with Bella was the best I've ever had. She's truly exceptional, so no I wasn't interested in next available.
