Linda was my therapist and she was lovely. Told me to lay back and relax...covered me with a large towel blanket...and worked magic on my legs and feet. my newly found addiction .... foot massage adventures .... continues this time Happy Foot (yes just 1) lol this is next to a hair cut place and Chinese First BBQ on Polk St. / Greenville ... SE corner this is my 3rd time doing foot massage....this place was nice / clean and friendly people that greeted us and started our feet soaking process in less than 2 minutes...they seems to be well staffed and trained maybe is because we visited on a week day when they're not so busy. this have been a while since my 1st 2 massage ... and more spas have seem to open within the metroplex area....so the price dropped from $40 to $30 an hour at almost 99% of the foot massage places which is not (not yet at So Cal's level yet @ $15/hr) but hey at least we're able to go multiple times a month or year and not be stuck with fancy American massage spas where you pay $60~100 for basic 1 hour massages. we got the standard again which is $30 for 5min ish foot soak and they lightly rub/scrub your foot....then massage your feet/legs/thighs just a bit for 40 min or so then they flatten the chair into a bed then you flip onto your stomach for the 15min of back side leg/thigh/butt/back/shoulders .... they did a decent job we were relaxed then they offered us a cup of water each....as we went home happy =) will return again~ read more

I was really happy with my experience. I like that they have private rooms when you are by yourself, but also have room for groups. I would recommend asking for a woman if you like a lighter touch. Great place! Very welcoming, I came to drop off my mother so she can relax for an hr [as a late mothers day gift] while I ran errands with my toddler and newborn. When I went in to drop off and pay they welcomed me to sit next to my mom with my babies and offered treats to my 2 year old while we waited. They where very patient and sweet my kids and my mom LOVED her 40min foot/ 20 min back massage. I left right away so my kids wouldn't disturb other people trying to relax but I definitely appreciated them being so welcoming. I tried this place once upon a time with one of friends. While she got a relaxing massage, I felt like I was being beaten up by mine. None the less, I came back and had a much better experience the second time. I then took my husband, who isn't too keen on these types of things, but to my surprise, he too loved it. So, here we are again for his second time and my fourth. We love that they have the Olympics on and we're not missing any highlights while we relax and get our massages. I stopped in here to get a quick foot massage while my mom was getting her hair did next store. I was pleasantly surprised, the facility is nice and new, and the service was good. Although, most of them spoke Mandarin Chinese and I happen to speak it too, which helps, but I can imagine others having problems communicating with their staff. Still, it wouldn't stop me from coming back to this place. I love this place! The people who work here are so eager and happy I forget that I am not on vacation. They start out on your feet and work on your back later and it really works if you have tight areas. Its only 30 to 40 an hour depending on what areas you want done. Compared to a traditional spa massage a chinese foot massage experience can be a great bargain; however, I was disappointed with Happy Foot. The retail strip location provides massages in semi private rooms and mine included a flat screen TV which was turned off. Soft "spa" music played softly in the background; but, staff members made no effort to speak in hushed voices or otherwise quiet their activities. While the business did not appear to be busy, the ambiance was frequently interrupted by loud conversations, loud water faucets, and other loud noises. I opted for the foot and back massage for $30. Chinese reflexology massages are provided while you remain in your street clothes; therefore I recommend you wear gym clothes or something similar. I laid down on my back on a comfortable spa couch. My feet were placed in a warm bucket of water to soak for approximately two minutes before they were removed and the massage started. Using lotion, the male masseuse rubbed my feet and lower legs and wiped the lotion off with a towel. I was then asked to roll face down on the couch for my back massage. The masseuse applied lotion and rubbed my back until we were done. My impression was that the masseuse's technique lacked any sign of professional training. The massage was too soft, too slow, boring, and completely ineffectual. l actually looked forward to it being over and done. This was the worst Chinese foot massage I have experienced. While the technique has varied slightly between masseuses I have had at other locations, the end result has always been a quality massage. My two primary frame of references are Sole Therapy and Foot Therapy located near 75 and Royal. One of the most significant differences in their one hour massage is that while your feet soak for about 10 minutes they provide a face, neck, arm and hand massage. read more

Great service! Great massage! I come here twice a week. They always can eliminate the fatigue of my legs, this requires familiarity with acupuncture points to do it. My husband and I really enjoy coming here once a month tho get a massage customer of abt 2 yrs now,, we really like coming,any time you call to make a appt they always say yes which is a good thing but I wish they had someone who speaks English(or someone to who I can request a certain person to or ask for a lighter pressure massage) . And you say yes and you are then quickly seated, then they proceed to bring a foot soaking small tub for your feet, after a quick soak they begin to massage, now keep in mind these people have been working their hands all day and once they get to you at 7pm they are a bit tired and you can feel it. The foot/back massage was alright. I appreciated how I was greeted right away and led to my own personal room. The chairs were comfortable and I liked how you have your own personal TV. There are no doors though to the rooms, just what looked like a curtain that was pulled aside. Unfortunately it was kind of tough for me to relax throughout my massage. There was another employee who kept coughing extremely loudly and hocking loogies. I understand if you're sick, but in a type of environment where people come to relax, you can't step outside and do that??? I kept hearing this literally every 2 minutes during my 60 min foot/back massage. It was gross and definitely not relaxing to hear. During the check out I was offered a punch card where after the 10th massage I get the 11th free. I'm hoping that maybe I just caught them on a bad night, so I will try to return in hope of a more pleasant experience. Will update soon. read more

This place exceeded my expectations for sure. One of the best massages I've ever had. For sure the best I can remember. I got the 30min body and 30min feet for $40 and it wasn't just worth it, it was a steal. Try finding a massage for that price where I live in uptown and it just can't be done. Not only was the massage amazing, the atmosphere was casual yet relaxing, there was candy, free bottled water, soft music, and at the end I got a punch card where my 11th massage is to be free! I can't wait to come back! Peter was just great, he asked a couple times about the pressure we was using and when some girls that came in were being loud he asked them to be quiet.
