My mother just used them this week because my father is very ill with stage 4 cancer. Let me just say Chris (the new project manager, from my understanding) was absolutely AMAZING! He was able to clean up what most would describe as a crime scene. (It wasn't a crime scene, let's make that clear! ) they did such an awesome job for my elderly parents, they DID NOT CHARGE an arm and leg or take advantage of them in any way. They were so very sweet,compassionate, professional and did an amazing job on my parents white carpets! What was also so kind of Chris, is he called the next to check in and ask how my father was, how my mother was holding up and how the carpet was doing. He came out to do a check and a touch up also with a little gift that was just the cherry on the top for this daughter! I live 3,000 miles away and to hear my mom so relieved and happy to have such a nice man/company really concerned about the situation was also very calming for me! Keep at it guys!!! Anyone needing upholstery cleaned, I would recommend Happy Home services. I needed a sofa and loveseat cleaned before Dec 7. I called on Thur they came on Friday. Chris was the tech that cane. Very professional. Friendly and did such a great job. My furniture looks almost new again. I would definitely use this company again. read more

We needed serious carpet stretching and Cleaning. Chris and Mike proceeded to stretch the bedroom carpets and tighteded them. Then Chris showed us the pet stains on the bedroon carpets, and offered appropriate cleaning techniques. The next day after the carpet was dry, we noticed three stsins in thd master bedroom. Upon calling the company, we were out in tiuch with Chris. He came over that day to clean the other stains. I have carpets in my bedrooms that were installed in August 2016 and I'm not a happy homeowner! Every carpet is stretched to the max and my carpets are not even 3 years old. I purchased carpets in my previous home from Lowe's and never had a problem with the carpets. I didn't purchase the best quality of carpets from Happy Home because my budget was limited but the carpets I purchased from Lowe's were the best carpets in comparison. I will never purchase carpets from Happy Home ever again and would not recommend them to anyone!! read more

I called this company the first week of October and scheduled a time for a representative to come out to my home and give me a quote for a garage conversion. The representative (George) did show up on time and was fairly pleasant. Unfortunately, since that date there is nothing positive to say. For the last 2 weeks, I have been waiting on the estimate without any luck. I have made no less than 5 calls following up and was told last Monday, I would have the estimate by Wednesday. It is now Friday and I was just told by (John) whoever that is, that they wont be able to do the project for me. What an incredible waste of time, (almost 3 weeks since I first contacted them) and now I am back to square one. I would suggest anyone reading this, avoid using this company if at all possible. I am sure there are reputable home improvement companies out there. This company does not seem to be one. read more

After purchasing carpet at Home Depot, we ran into problems with their installer, so we cancelled the order and went to Happy Home Services. What a pleasant experience! The salesperson helped us pick out flooring, allowed us to take a sample home, and their estimator came the next day. Within three weeks, we have beautiful, brand new carpeting throughout our condo, all for roughly the same price as Home Depot. Very reliable company. read more

Hired Happy Homes Services to install decorative concrete on our pool deck and within months it started cracking and lifting up. Called to have them honor their 1 yr warranty/guarantee only to be told that that they will fix the issue, which they didn't and that they would not honor their workmanship quarantee because of previous work we had done to the deck that they knew about before starting the job. The owner basically told us that we should have known there would be issues and he would not fix the problem. Called another company to get an estimate to repair it and was told it would cost $6800 to repair correctly. I would stay away from this company. read more

Disorganized, sloppy, dishonest! Happy Home is the appointed contractor to clean-up sewage backups in Charlotte County, but they don't actually clean. My home had a sewer back-up, they dragged the dripping carpets and other items through the kitchen and living room rather than out the back door. After 2 weeks sewage soaked items were still sitting in the kitchen. It took many phone calls to get them to come back and clean-up the mess. They constantly complained they had other jobs to do and left behind a huge mess. They dripped wet items across my box spring and mattresses, and accidently left several big bags of wet bedding and clothing in my garage for months. Then claimed that all of the items that were mildewed and bleach stained were like that when they got them. They took many items for cleaning that were never returned, but refused to admit they ever took them despite the fact that I have pictures of the items in the piles of stuff they took. They told me if I tried to use another contractor to fix the house I would never see any insurance money. They refuse to admit that any household items are damaged. WATCH OUT!! TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES AND DON'T LET THEM TOUCH ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE A SIGNED INVENTORY. I am shocked at how dishonest they have been. read more
