About a week before the event, they reached out to us and made sure that every detail was covered, as well as give us their individual contact info in case we needed to reach them immediately. They also worked extremely well with our wedding planner, and were very flexible when we had to shift around times and include their help in setting up the venue. Brooke (our bartender) was great about putting our drinks aside before the wedding so that other people wouldn't drink all of our favorite beverages before we got to them, and Valerie (Lead Event Staff) and AJ (Event Staff) - in addition to helping set up the venue - also attended two chafing dishes, bussed all empty cans/bottles/cups/plates, and cut the cake. We asked the server if we could order food at 8:45 and she said it wasn't allowed and walked away. it then took 25 min before we waved down another server to order drinks, because our server served Every person in the room before us and never came back. We asked the people next to us and they said it's because they come all the time. Which is so weird. When we flagged down a server to put down our drink order and asked again about the food she said she was going to go and check with the kitchen and she never came back. What did happen after that though was almost every server except our own of corse, because she never came back again the entire night, made snarky comments to us about everything and were just weirdly short with every interaction. This is the most overrated event. They clearly don't treat all their guest with the same respect and service. We spent $70 to buy tickets, and weren't even treated as human and then at the end of the night after not a single person asked us if we wanted anything and avoided our table like the plague, they had the nerve to act like they were doing us a favor for not meeting the minimum order requirement of $20 a person. We couldn't even get a server to come to our table. We were planning on spending a lot of money tonight, we were there for a galentines date and really wanted to have a good time and the way we were treated really just ruined the entire night. Of course we had the food catered from a different place and setup our own look, but the location was decent for what we needed. One con is that they stated that the event space held up to 40 folks, but they only were able to offer 25 chairs-- that was a problem. Either list 25 as the capacity or add more chairs to suit the capacity of guests. It was really problematic, and I felt bad for my standing guests.

The bartenders arrived early to our event so we were able to get to know them a bit beforehand. During the wedding reception they were on top of serving our guests and most guests hardly even had to wait long to be served. They were super friendly and even were able to hold their ground when a few guests tried to serve themselves...we were thankful that they took care of it for us!
