Having worked at Happy Hours Children's Center for four years, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Compared to other centers in the area, Happy Hours is in my opinion - the most welcoming. Staff is professional, attentive, and truly care about the well being of your child. We go above and beyond developing curriculum, planning trips, and catering to the individual needs of each child. Christine - the owner/director is hands on, receptive, and exudes positivity. She treats staff and families as her own, and was a pleasure to have as a boss. I wish I didn't have to leave! All in all, I would highly recommend this center to both teachers and families looking for care. Oh, and I can't forget the large outdoor space and pool! My daughter has been at happy hours for almost 2 yrs. She is a little over 2 yrs old now. I have reviewed them a couple times now always giving a good review but this time I wanted to share an experience. My daughter is going through quite a sassy phase where she is saying a couple phrases that are just kinda obnoxious like "don't touch me" or "come play with me NOW" I emailed the owner of the daycare who I have had a close open door policy with and she wrote me back 6 pharagraph gigantic long detailed email. Answering all my questions and giving me INCREDIBLE realisitic advice even sharing some of her personal experiences with her kids with me. I am floored by how much she cares and so impressed. I placed my son into Happy Hours about 4 months ago and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them! The women in the Infant Room took the time to get to know my son on a personal level. They provide such a detailed account of his day-to-day activities that I don't feel like I'm missing anything. The conversations that I have with them are a true reflection of how attentive they are to his likes and dislikes, wants and needs. Because of the quality of care, cleanliness, and interaction with Anthony, I am confident that he spends his day as a very happy baby. I have had my son involved in their program for a couple of months and absolutely love it there! The ability to know my son is well taken care of, enjoys the enrichment program, and is able to develop positive social skills (as he is the only child right now) is a blessing. In addition, every morning he is overwhelmed with joy as he sees his teachers during drop off and is absolutely exhausted by the end of the day due to having so much fun. The teachers are very personable and the administration is always available to answer questions. My 2 year old twins have been attending happy hours for over a year now. It really is a wonderful place to send your children. When I first started looking for daycare I was so nervous to leave my children with anyone. The staff at happy hour made me feel so comfortable. It is obvious that the teachers really care about the children. Since starting at happy hours, my children have learned so much. They are eager to come home and tell me about their day. The school is also very flexible and willing to work with parents which I really appreciate. I would recommend them to anyone in need of childcare. read more

My four year old has been attending Happy Hours since he was two, and my two year old since he was 14 weeks old. I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the fantastic outdoor playgrounds (and wading pool in the summer) to the truly fabulous teachers, we have been nothing but thrilled with the care our children have received there. The classes are small and learning is really encouraged through a variety of activities. I really love the ability to "drop in" my kids if I need an extra day, and the hours are very accomodating. My son started at Happy Hours at 4 months old until he was almost 3, until we moved out the area. I cannot say enough about what an amazing place and the high quality of care the children are given. In looking for new places when we moved, I realized how nothing else measured up. My children have attended Happy Hours for the past 6 1/2 years. I couldn't have asked for a better home away from home from my children. They have received great loving care at Happy Hours. Both of my grandsons have had wonderful pre-school, after school and summer camp experiences at Happy Hours (one grandson is still there, the other grandson has 'graduated' from Happy Hours)! My daughter went there from 2-11. My son has gone there since he was 18 months and is now 7. He attends the after school program. My daughter, now 14 volunteers her summers there. This is the first daycare my kids have ever been to and they love it. They love going there and they ask to go there even in summer! The teachers treat my kids like if they were family, they are sweet,nurturing and fun. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nice daycare in the area. read more
