They provide very flexible schedule to fix family needs. The price is reasonable. The owners was there almost everyday! And, he is very friendly and listens to you. The teachers are nice, with lots of experience. Good security around the building. Clean and neat facility. The only thing that I do not like is the class size. They have many kids in the same class. Almost every teacher is maximum out and super busy. So, the classrooms are a kind of crowded. But, you know, they have limited space to offer my classrooms in the building.

His teacher was wonderful and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. I was a parent who knew my child needed additional services and fought hard for them. Tots only did things like suggest he move to the 3s classroom (when he wasn't close to 3 nor potty trained which a requirement for them). That's setting children up for failure. Again, any conversation was had directly with his teacher never with one person from the administration. I found a new daycare for my son that would be better suited for his needs and let Tots know that I'd be withdrawing him in ~8 weeks. I was met with a response of "well I'm not sure how much you heard but we want your son out of the program much sooner". That was the extent of his dismissal conversation. The main teacher was great. The turnover of the other 2 teachers in his classroom was over 4-6 in less than 2 years. The administration should advertise that they don't accept children who might need additional support. Would never recommend anyone send their child here. 2 stars... If it were just his teacher, she'd get 5.

My son got a new teacher in the toddler room and…read morewe were in the midst of being told he needed to be potty trained so he could move to the older 3s room which were kids his age . So, we began potty training and this is when he started to have small tantrums every now and again (as any NORMAL 3 year old does) and that's when my son was being pinned as disruptive and having issues with transitions amongst other things. We were told to come for a meeting with the director and owner where we discussed things we could do to help him. It seemed that we needed to find ways to help him cope, rather than them being a qualified daycare that deals with TODDLERS (babies) and should know how to find ways to redirect him and move on with the day. During this meeting we also got told to try to get a speech evaluation amongst other suggestions. We did everything they asked and more. Instead of getting the help we needed from them, we were now just getting calls every other day to just come get him whenever he was upset. I'd come there and he'd be happy as a clam, but we were just told 'he is inconsolable'. In hindsight, I realize now they were probably just trying to get us to pull him out as most people can't leave work constantly to get their child who is crying. Then as weeks went by and this continued - we had an evaluation scheduled with the school district and they came into the classroom to do it. That day the evaluator called us to tell us it went really well, and he was smart and saw no major red flags. While the very next DAY we were told by tots-n-is that our child was no longer welcome at the daycare and to find somewhere else that better suited him. I was DUMBFOUNDED. My husband even suggested he wasn't being stimulated enough and could we try putting him in a different classroom with kids his age and a different teacher and were immediately shut down. They realistically did not want to work with us to come up with a solution. I believe this is just a business to them and they want the easiest children possible and do not have the best interest of the children at heart. They also clearly do not have qualified people who can handle TODDLERS. Part of me also thinks maybe they didn't want people coming into the class weekly if my son DID qualify for services. If your child is the slightest inconvenience to them... BEWARE. It's also disgusting that these places can leave working parents without any child care. We are lucky enough to have other options while we wait to get into another daycare opening. My suggestion is bring your child elsewhere!

I have 3 children who have gone through the program, beginning with the parents and tots, and then participating in the 3 year old and 4 year old preschool classes. The teachers are amazing and the hands-on and exploratory learning allows the children to learn the "how" and "why" to many things that young minds are curious to find out. The 3 year old class teaches many academic basics without overwhelming children and the 4 year old class prepares the children well for kindergarten. I cannot say enough amazing things about this preschool and I am so excited for my 4th child to be starting his adventures in their 3 year old class this year.
