As a verified AirBnB Superhost, I get a steady amount of wear and tear in my condo. My place has 20 ft tall vaulted ceilings so painting is no easy task. I found Happy House Painting online and received a quick response. After a convenient video call I was able to receive a quote and decided to go with this company. I have a very strict Homeowner's Association and Happy House respectfully followed their guidelines (elevator use, common area clutter, garbage removal, etc.). I gave the painter, Jordan, the keys to my condo and went about my day. The very next day (to my surprise) I was informed by him that the job was done. After a thorough inspection I was very pleased with his work and the color transition from blue to white was perfect. I highly recommend this business and I will be using them again on my other properties.

Exterior house and roof, holding up great 3 years after painting!

These guys are fantastic. Did an excellent job on the exterior paint, and especially the roof paint job. The house looks great!

Jordan's quote was by far the best one we got when we decided to have the interior of our home painted.

Rich Harvey, the owner, was great to work with, and his team was professional, respectful, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and their focus on making sure I was truly happy with the finished product. That level of care makes a big difference. Harvey's House Painting has officially been added to my preferred vendor list, and they will absolutely be getting the exterior painting job I'm planning in the coming months. Highly recommend.

Rarely do I review a business, but after my experience with Kenny at Resurrection Painting, I felt…read morethat I should. I am extremely particular about any work that is done on my home, and although I have used my share of contractors, I choose to do many projects myself because I know I'll pay closer attention to detail than most professionals who just want to move on to that next job. Kenny is an exception. He and his crew of friendly, hard working, and clearly very experienced guys did an absolutely outstanding job of painting the exterior of my home. Attention to detail is where I normally have issues with contractors, and this is where Kenny stands out. Out-of-sight areas of my home that even I might have overlooked, he took the time to caulk as necessary, and thoroughly paint. He is constantly watching his guys and quick to point out anything he sees that is not up to his high standards. The clean-up and end result was perfect. His pricing was also excellent, and he even painted an additional backyard feature not on the quote for no extra charge. I could not be more satisfied, and I'm grateful that I was able to find such a great painter. I was not asked to make this review. Thanks again Kenny!

I decided to use Resurrection because they had good reviews with the Better Business Bureau and Ken Hogue was easy to work with. A four man crew arrived and they were efficient and professional. They got the job done in one day and they did an excellent job. I was especially pleased with how clean they were and I had no issues with seeing any evidence of paint on areas that were not painted. I would absolutely recommend Resurrection Painting to anyone looking for a professional painting company.

We contacted Trico, and they quoted a $3,500 minimum, which given the process of painting cabinets, I understand. However, when I explained the situation and asked for an email stating the minimum, they said it would be "unethical to charge that to another contractor" and refused the job. The other contractor told me they understood entirely, so what exactly is unethical? My takeaway is that Trico is there for the big jobs and has zero interest in anything else, which is disappointing as customer that paid for one of those big jobs. EDIT: In response to the owner's reply below, I want to be clear that I'm not trying to misrepresent anything here. I was trying to hire Trico to repair the cabinets. They refused the job only after they learned I'd be reimbursed by another contractor, which I truly just don't understand.
