There was a young kid at the register who was clearly new and didn't know how to ring it up. So the manager came by. He said they couldn't ring it up with the long card #, that I had to download the app and get a QR code. So I stand there downloading the app, joining, only to get an error message that he didn't know how to fix. I tried a few times then tried signing in another way. That worked. Then I had to go to my email, copy the long code, go to the app, plug it in. Go back to my email get the pin. Go back to the app, plug it in. Finally I get a QR code. Guess what? It doesn't work!!!! It won't scan at all. The manager calls the owner and instructs him on HOW TO ENTER IT USING JUST THE NUMBERS FROM THE EMAIL!!!!!!!!! EXACTLY what I asked them to do in the first place that he said couldn't be done. I was livid!!! Then watched him tell the new kid - "there's a ticket, make a smoothie." I actually told the kid I didn't know how he worked for that guy he's a jerk. The line got about 10 deep in this 10 minutes. It was the most ridiculous process ever. I will NEVER go back to this store.
