Don't expect to be treated with respect here I'm appalled at this woman's behavior and the way she conducts her business WOMAN AT FRONT DESK USED DEROGATORY LANGUAGE AFTER SHE FORCED ME TO PAY FOR AN ITEM I NEVER ORDERED AND HAD NO PLANS OF PURCHASING I WAS CALLED A DEGRADING HORRENDOUS WORD REGARDING TO MY HISPANIC HERITAGE EVEN AFTER I PAID TO TRY AND DIFFUSE THE SITUATION ( she was so loud and hostile I was humiliated . But right is right and wrong is wrong if could give no stars I WOULD I came in to send out a package therefor I was told to email the qr code to happymailbox3@gmail.com to WHEN I did she proceeded to print out that said QR code handing that along with my package back to me & told me I would have to go to the post office she cannot do it after thanking her and turning to leave SHE INSISTED ON MAKING ME PAY FOR THE PIECE OF PAPER I -#1 . I never asked to be printed out And #2. Didn't need because the post office scans it from my phone I declined assuming that as a customer I had the choice to purchase a product she began yelling and l cursing and then SHE CHARGED ME $10.00 FOR THE WATER BOTTLE I HAD GRABBED ON MY WAY IN!!! The sign clearly said $1.50 for water but she remained vindictive til the end telling me that she remembers a time I've walked out without paying (untrue and very unlike me ) when that didn't work she told me I can never come to her store ( like I ever planned on it) and just to show what kind of person I was I paid that money because unlike her I don't need to create trouble for a dollar . EVERYONE BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS WOMAN WATCH YOU TRANSACTIONS IF YOU GO IN (which I wouldn't recommend) SHES SEEMS VERY DESPERATE AT THE MOMENT DESPREATE PEOPLE ARE DANGEROUS PEOPLE! I must express my extreme disappointment regarding a recent experience at this establishment. My visit was unfortunately characterized by conduct that I found to be profoundly disrespectful, prejudiced, and outright rude. It is truly disheartening to encounter such an unwelcoming and unappreciative atmosphere when seeking to engage with a business. As a result of this unacceptable treatment, I felt I had absolutely no choice but to redirect my patronage to an establishment where courtesy, respect, and the value of my business are clearly demonstrated and appreciated. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently received. I presented a pre-printed label to the older Asian lady, who then handed it to another employee for processing. Without informing me of any associated costs, she proceeded to bag my item. After the package was processed, I was informed that I needed to pay for the label, which she did not print, and for the bag used. I politely explained that I had provided the label and requested that I be informed of any additional costs beforehand. While I was willing to pay for the bag, she unfortunately responded by tearing the bag open and instructing me to leave and return at another time. read more

Happy mailbox Is a very different mailing/live scanning company than the ones I've been too. Just entering the store the manager smiled and made me feel welcomed he was not your typical manager serious and dressed and in a suit to try to make a statement that he's the manager he was just like his employees and everyone was very welcoming. I recommend going to happy mailbox for anything someone needs to send or any live scans that needs to get done trust me they are very helpful and if you get to meet the manager you won't forget the experience. read more
