Just because you have RV repair experience doesn't mean you know how to run a business.... If you're gonna work for yourself because you know the work, then work for someone who is responsible. I had a broken RV bath fan cover, and Paschal's RV Service came out to replace it (more than an…read morehour later than our appointment.). When we got the opportunity to take a short trip (COVID-19 kept us close to home), I discovered that the bath fan was backwards - instead of an exhaust fan, I now have an intake fan. The problem with this is that the fan is only inches from the screen, which collects dirt and dust quickly, thus shutting down the air flow, and making it nearly impossible to clean off. When I reported the problem to Paschal's they said, "If he installed it he will fix it." However, in the 3+ weeks since then, I have contacted them several times trying to set an appointment to make the repair - and got no response. It is one thing to promise a warranty, which he did. It is another thing entirely to try to get satisfaction under that "warranty". It is worthless.
