We've been doing business with them for years ... parts and service. We ordered most our parts to build a flatbed trailer and got good prices. For service, it has taken an appointment of varying time lengths but they repair and often make suggestions to save us money. My sister in California has even brought her rig up here for work. We've also used them for the odd parts when something breaks in the RV. Today we went in with a broken slideout switch. I figured it would take a lot of time to find it, order it, and it would have to be adapted to fit. They went over to the shelf, found it, checked that it matched and fit, and the charge was under $10. Can't get much better than that. read more

This place is a JOKE! Don't drive your rig there and expect to have a place to park. Tiny parking lot you can't turn around in. Called yesterday to see if they had a sway bar for my TT. Said I'd have to come in and couldn't give me an answer over the phone. The Customer Service was terrible in person. The woman stared at my sway bar for a full minute without speaking and finally said she couldn't help me unless I wanted to buy a brand new complete whole assembly. So glad I didn't spend a dime at this low life place. Camping World bent over backwards to help me and get me back on the road safely. Avoid this dump! read more

I have never been more disappointed with service and communication as I am with this company. Horrible communication, trashy service and they made me feel crazy and unreasonable. Do not go here. Here is a full outline of my experience. I am pretty easy going, this was just awful. 1. I made an appointment 4 weeks out for July 5th. I asked for a consult with someone who could answer questions about electrical brake hookup for my 2018 RAV4. I spoke with junior who confirmed the part I had purchased for them to install was the correct part and I would not need to have a brake system installed. 2. I arrived for my appointment on July 5th. There was a sign on the door : closed for holiday. 3. I called first thing in July 6th. I was told they called everyone and cancelled appointments. I said I had not received any missed calls or messages. They managed to squeeze me in the following week. 4. When I arrived I showed the part I had to Heather at the desk. She said that is not what is needed. That I needed full brake system. I explained I had a wireless system and she said she knows this part will not do the job I want. 5. When I went to pick up my camper the total came to $450. I was told by Junior that it would only cost $150 or less. I was shocked and asked to speak to someone. I explained this is not the part I needed. They had done more work than I wanted. Dean, the owner, told me this was the best, better than what I had. But what I had worked fine. Dean asked me to bring my camper out so that he could make sure it worked with what I had. 6. I brought the camper out and the brake system installed did not work with my camper because it had a wireless brake system installed. Dean uninstalled the part and refunded my money. 7. After Dean made good on removing the part and refunding me, I decided to give them another chance. There were some bungees on our camper that needed to be replaced. I decided to ask Dean to do that. 8. He said he would call Aliner and see about the part. He called me after a couple of days and said they were not calling him. So I told him I would locate the part and get it. After one call to a company in the morning I secured and ordered the part. I called Dean to let him know I had it and he told me he has just gotten the part too. I hung up with him and got the part store on the phone and cancelled my order. 9. In addition to the bungees we explained that the two side panels were sticking and rubbing on the springs. They said they could replace those as well and that would help. That part was going to take a bit to arrive. It has been two weeks. I called last week and they said they would be working on it today(Thursday) or tomorrow (Friday). I called Monday to get the status. 10. On Monday I let them know about an issue I am having with my RAV4 due to the install and removal of the electrical wiring for brake system, my RAV4 leaks water onto the floor when I take it through the car wash. I brought it into my mechanic for an oil change and he said that it was due to an aftermarket wiring install. 11. Dean asked me how could that be? I am so upset. I have been told I am being unreasonable, I have been told I just want to be a disgruntled customer. I assure you, I just want standard effective service. Not bad communication, messy mistakes, and damage to my vehicle. 12. I received a call from Heather saying my vehicle would be ready on Tuesday at 10:00am and that they could look at my RAV 4 then too. 13. I arrived at 9:45 and Dean came out and again, said he did not think the wiring could be possible, he never heard of that before. He inspected my vehicle and then said he would take it back a seal around the wiring. 14. About 15 minutes later, Dean came out and asked my if I wanted to try the camper. Upon testing the camper one of the walls still was sticking and rubbing on the springs causing it not to open properly. The very thing we had asked them to inspect. Dean said yeah I didn't really know what you meant by that. It was very clear upon trying to set up the camper that this was a problem, in fact the problem was not worse because the new springs were so taught. Dean inspected the walls and said they would notch it a bit and that would help and not hurt anything. 15.I am waiting on a call back to come out to pick up the camper. 16. Two days later, Got the call my camper was ready. Called to confirm I was on my way out to get it. I arrived I paid and was told it was out back. I drove around the huge lot. Couldn't find it. Called them for help. They came out and drove around and showed me where it was then pulled off and left. When I checked if the job had been done not been done to my satisfaction, the panel on the a-frame was still sticking. I will never ever use them again and if you have any expectations of good service I would suggest you don't. . read more

Very disappointed with their customer service. After years of our family using this business and trying to support local companies I would not suggest this company for ANY business needs. We had a blowout in our RV trailer and decided to use this company, our family had used them for year, but never a repair since their previous repair tech had left. We attempted to have our insurance agency work directly with them, but after multiple failed request for damage phots they gave up. We then had to work directly with both companies, fine. Once work finished we were called and told price was $1600, which was less because they mentioned they were able to do it faster than expected and we were happy with it. Dean later called back and mentioned "parts" we left off. On arrival I had asked for an explanation of the difference and they were unable to provide any detail on how it went from 1600 to 2300. When questioning Dean became noticeable uncomfortable and began to raise his voice towards me in front of a store full of customers, I politely asked him to calm down as I am just asking for explanations. He then stated they are not an auditing firm, and I again just ask how you go up $700 with misc parts or service, do you have notes to what was missing? Again he gets upset and stating Blue Dog would not have an audit trail either. He then states, "I am allowed to make money". I state I am not trying to make you lose money just want an explanation. Dean later says, "I will put this on my desk and we can chat later." Not expecting a call, but for a local business to treat a customer whose family has done lots of business with them for year like this, not sure what you should expect. Thanks read more

Was at a local Campground in Shady cove OR. It was 39º on a Friday morning when my heater went out, fan would run but no burner, went to Trailer and RV Warehouse and got a new igniter and went back to install it. but no success, pulled the heater unit out on a Saturday morning and they tested it for me and it was working fine on the bench, they told me the possible items it could be so I went with the cheapest which was a thermostat (the other was a circuit board and had to be ordered), the thermostat was the problem, and they never even charged for the testing of the heater. Stay away at all costs. Their customer service now sucks. I got a quote on a new axle and labor for my trailer. I was told 1-2 hours labor and was told approx 4 weeks to get the part. It is now nearly 3 months later - the first time I took it in on my installation date I was told that the part had not come in. The second time the part didn't fit (one of the owners used a dergetory term for the workers at the mfgr plant in Texas who can't follow instructions. Today when I brought it back for the installation I asked if they would call me if it was going to take over 2 hour for labor. One of the owners told me that it would be at least 4-5 hours for labor. When I asked about his earlier quote he said "things changed". I will not return! read more

Little problem to travel 1 hour each way only to find out that Jeff misinformed that they had the specific landing gear I needed. I asked for a 331/2" follower jack and was told they had one left. It was a 291/2"jack. Thanks Jeff for wasting my time and $$! read more

Last Thursday we were on our way through Oregon and the self adjusting backing plate on one of the RV wheels malfunctioned. The wheel got so hot it was basically on fire. There we are broken down in the Home Depot parking lot and it's 104 degrees out. We were lucky to find these guys and are so happy we did. Kevin was amazing and very reassuring they could fix it.
