"How does Monday sound?" We had a 2 week insurance job, took him 3 months, and he still didn't finish. He quit with 95% done because we were "tired of his excuses" and "parts run" that he called "complaining and bullying" If we hire you for a job....do it. Just because you have RV repair experience doesn't mean you know how to run a business.... If you're gonna work for yourself because you know the work, then work for someone who is responsible. Don't just send me a letter because you're ignorant in business.

I had a broken RV bath fan cover, and Paschal's RV Service came out to replace it (more than an…read morehour later than our appointment.). When we got the opportunity to take a short trip (COVID-19 kept us close to home), I discovered that the bath fan was backwards - instead of an exhaust fan, I now have an intake fan. The problem with this is that the fan is only inches from the screen, which collects dirt and dust quickly, thus shutting down the air flow, and making it nearly impossible to clean off. When I reported the problem to Paschal's they said, "If he installed it he will fix it." However, in the 3+ weeks since then, I have contacted them several times trying to set an appointment to make the repair - and got no response. It is one thing to promise a warranty, which he did. It is another thing entirely to try to get satisfaction under that "warranty". It is worthless.

I have a trusted RV technician who recommended Johnson for the repairs. I was put in touch with Ben from Johnson's collision department. I sent in pictures and the requested information to Ben. He got back to me the next day with an estimate. The estimate was reasonable considering the damage. The biggest delay was waiting for the parts to arrive from Jayco, but once they arrived, the repairs were completed within a week. The repairs were perfect. Ben was a superstar in his professionalism. His politeness/respect, and attention to detail were refreshing. I was kept abreast of the progress throughout. Ben completed the insurance interactions beyond my expectations. Give Ben a raise!

From my initial contact with Third Eye, Marcus was easy to talk to and asked me questions to make sure he understood the situation. When he arrived, one could tell that Marcus was very attention to detail and approached the problem methodically. You can tell that he was very experienced in the workings of RVs. In our situation, we were working with a Vroom Slide Out system that was upgraded 2 years prior. He worked with Vroom to understand their system uniqueness and had me back on the road quickly. I can not speak enough about Marcus and his work ethics. He no doubt sets the bar high. He was conscientious on the care of my 5th wheel while working on it. Thank you Marcus.
