Christine is absolutely amazing. I've been going to her for several years and only go there because of her. She is always aiming to please and that she does. She always has a sweet smile on her face , and if you are a difficult client, like memeaning you can't decide on your nail color, she has the patience of a saint, and will even try them on before to make sure you are satisfied. That means so much to me , and she doesn't give nasty faces like some others I've been to. I would def give her a try and I assure you will be happy. I wanted a fill, walked out feeling like a ran a marathon. They had me in and out of there in 30 min, which I thought was impressive, until my nails started chipping away aprox. 5 days later. On top of that it was 100° in the salon. They were playing survival on the TV and i genuinely felt like I was completing the challenges with them. Not even a box fan in sight. By the time i got up off my seat the Nile river had formed, and you can see a full silhouette of where I once sat before. If you enjoy sweating through your appointment and testing the durability of your nail bed this is the place for you. I stopped coming here a while back because I noticed the service was getting more expensive and less attention to detail. After many years of not visiting this place I decided to return. The basic pedi service is $35.00, not bad in my opinion for a basic service. The staff is not very friendly but I guess not everyone is friendly. Being a Monday the vibe was quite only one person was here when I came. I do think the cost has decreased from what it was just a few years ago (so that is a plus) I may start coming here again. read more

I hate writing negative reviews, but I've never been so disappointed in a nail salon before. Had a friend come in just wanting her gel polish removed from her hands and toes and she was told it would be $5. When she goes to pay, they charge her and extra $12 because "cutting nails" cost that much but did not even tell her that before hand. Not to mention the nail techs stood behind her as she was paying and asked for a tip. As for me, they get 2 stars because my nails came out okay. Even so, I paid extra for a massage on my arms and legs which felt more like just rubbing lotion in than an actual massage. This place just seemed very money hungry . read more

I asked for a pedi and a fill and we're turned away because they didn't have anyone to work on us. Came back the next day with a reservation and we're turned away again for the same reason. To give them the benefit of the doubt, we came back and were finally helped. The total service took over 3 hours and the lady doing my nails made my cuticles bleed, had the worst attitude and actually made me feel bad for asking her to do my nails. She seemed so overworked and miserable. She wouldn't even talk to me or look me in the eyes. Also, they didn't have rhinestones, which I wanted for my design, so that was just a bummer. Worst manicure.. Ever.. took my 11y old daughter in who wanted acrylics, thought I would get a manicure at the same time so I wouldn't be sitting around.. So she first started doing my manicure and let my daughter wait... while there were two other ladies there just on their phone doing nothing. The manicure felt extremely rushed. Not only that, she did such a horrible job at painting my nails, I could've done it better myself. It's been about half a day now and two of my nails the polish already chipped.. and all I've been doing is laying in bed.... My daughter's acrylics look sloppy too, they're uneven and the polish is on there so thick, it just doesn't look good. I have had my eyebrows waxed numerous amounts of times and this has never happened. I do not have sensitive skin. I spoke with the manager who refunded my money and just called it a day. Didn't offer anything else, and in my perspective it seemed as if she didn't care that my eyebrow bones will have scars. I spoke with the manager and she said I waited a week. Absolutely horrible service. I got my nails done a week ago, 7 days and most of them are already chipping and/or cracking. I got an acrylic manicure and pedicure at the same time. So I paid a good amount. I went back to show them and they refused to fix it. First, when they realized I needed a fix they ignored me and wouldn't look at me. Obviously wanted me to go away. One woman finally gets up and looks at my nails. I explained that it was all of them and I even had a bandaid on one. She said that she couldn't help me, she was busy until 7PM. Funny how nobody mentions how disgusting this salon is.. I had a nail tech use a nasty dirty towel she placed under my hands while doing my nails. The customer service is awful they were not friendly at all. I got a powder mani and it was more like a polish change. I wanted to leave soo bad.. bugs on the table and the salon was an absolute mess. How embarrassing for this establishment.. I was embarrassed for them. I'm surprised this stays in business. I walked in and there was only one other person on a Saturday mid morning. They made me wait 10-15 min for someone to show up.. this place was a ghost town. I use to live this location years ago be it definitely gone down. Wouldn't recommend... I wish I could so zero stars.. its dirty, staff not friendly, messy and run down, polish selection is awful too.. everything was empty. Called and asked if they had time for my wife to get her nails done, the lady said, "yeah, be here by 6:30pm". So we get there and she had just taken another customer, and says come back at seven because I'm busy. We came back at seven and she finishes up with the one customer's nails and start on my wife's nails, but gets partly through removing her old nails when the lady left my wife with her nails soaking and started on the same customers pedicure. We waited another 30 minutes and just left because she didn't seem like she was worried about us at all. If you ask me it was just very terrible customer service. If you like your cuticles and skin painted this is the place for you LOL. I stopped by the day before my Cancun trip, I couldn't risk my nails breaking on vacation. My service was quick (an hour or so) because I came in for a simple acrylic fill but the fact that my fingers were painted with gel polish is beyond me. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so the moment I seen her pour the used monomer back into her bottle I knew it was downhill from there. Her filing made me so nervous because her nail file was extremely abrasive. My nails are not even the correct shape, the painting looks like my 10 year old did it. The price is reasonable though (I paid $35 for a fill with gel polish and tipped $5) if you need something quick and whatever. read more

My husband and I have been getting acquainted with Yorba Linda so this was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure in the city of our new residence. My husband had never gotten a pedicure before, so being new to the location, as I was sitting enjoying my manicure and pedicure, the nail technician recommended my husband get a pedicure instead of waiting for me. I agreed and asked him to join me. My first red flag should've been seeing how quickly another nail technician dismissed the 60 year old + woman sitting next to me. But I ignored it, deciding to give her the benefit of the doubt. My husband came and kissed me, sat next to me and his first pedicure commenced. Throughout my visit, my husband and I are talking and looking at each other and seeing what we're getting done. But I notice how enthusiastically the technician is rubbing his legs, in my head I assure myself that it's my imagination, we've only been married a year so clearly I need to chill and not be so territorial. Until I hear her say, "next time come by yourself." What the f**k..... I couldn't comprehend it. It wasn't really happening next to me. I literally convinced myself I didn't hear what I just heard, even after my husband responded with, "no, I'll come with my wife." My manicure and pedicure finished before his. I went to sit in the lobby area and while he was still getting his massage done, Kim, proceeded to remove her gloves and tell him her name and where she lives. As much as I enjoyed the women who handled my manicure and pedicure, I will never return to this location or recommend any married man return here. What will they do for men that they can't do in front of their wives? Is this nail salon a front for something else? I was so excited to go get a manicure and pedicure after covid ! First one In 4 months! I even brought 3 friends!! When I got there they looked at me and said sorry you can't come in with your animal. I assured them that it a service animal and I need him for my diabetes. They said I don't care no dogs aloud. Than, the lady doing my hands took my credit card from underneath my phone, without asking me and payed the $88 without my permission, before the service was even finsihed. After, I got up and was asked "are you looking for something?"and I said "yes my card", they said it's up there. I was confused and was handed a receipt to sign. Don't come here. Got a regular mani today, the first thing I noticed was how unsanitary this place was. The towels where we put our elbow on were not changed in between customers. I'm seriously disappointed. I haven't received a pedicure since before the pandemic so I've been doing my nail at home. I wanted to get a nice gel pedicure and thought it was time to go to a salon so they could properly do so. She barely did anything. She barely pushed back my cuticles and didn't even cut away the dead skin. I got like a ten second massage, she pretty much just rubbed lotion on my legs. And she just slapped the polish on. She didn't even ask me if I liked it before she went to go help someone else. When she saw that I was upset about it, she attempted to clean up the gel by digging a nail file into my skin, not even really cleaning it up.. I'm honestly so disappointed that I probably won't be getting a pedicure again. This was supposed to be relaxing, but instead I'm upset that I paid $45 for a service that barely even qualified as a pedicure. I'm not sure if they were tired or what ,but I don't recommend. So went in today for an acrylic manicure/pedicure. The ladies were friendly , but that was not enough to compensate for the poor job they did. My nails were the wrong pink. They were crooked and uneven. The paint job looks like my 5 year old niece did it. I was so irritated by the time they were done is all I could do was node and agree so I could get the hell out of there and go find somewhere to fix my nails. First photo is what I was going for. I know it's not realistic to ask someone to get it perfect like a photo but they didn't even get close. On top of it they kept trying to put glitter on my nails I didn't ask for glitter ! They said the photo had glitter and I showed them no it doesn't ..... I had to tell her two times not to put glitter on my nails. I felt like it was a scheme to try and cover the poor job that was done. I didn't even take a picture of my toes because they were so ugly. I went to another salon down the street Bella Bar who was able to fix it and they go it spot on. As a matter a fact they were able to get it so close to the photo and didn't have to take my nails completely off to fix it they set the standard very high. So highly I recommend them over this crap shoot. By the way this place happy nails charges a fortune for such poor quality work. Bell Bar cost me half the price this rip off place did. read more

This place is close to home so out of convenience I have decided to go here again. I got a gel manicure and a pedi. The water for the pedi was cold initially not a pleasant experience. My gel manicure did not last even one week. Massage of my feet and hands was average at best more like poor. This place is also expensive and I would question some of the cleaning processes, they used to have everything in sterile pouches now they didn't. Not going back here and I am not recommending this place to anyone. read more

Shame on these people. No sense of basic customer service. Came in around 6:15 after calling to make an appointment. I got there and was seated right away for my gel mani. 10 minutes into filing my nails, a customer walked in asking if anyone had time to do her eyebrows. Tiffany, my technician, immediately stopped filing my nails and responded "yes, we have time", and proceeded to show the customer to the back room. There were 4 other technicians on the floor, and neither of them stopped to even look up at the customer. She came back to me and said "I'll be back in a minute" and dunked my hands in the bowl of water. The worst part about this isn't that I was left to sit for 5, 10, 15 minutes waiting for my hands to prune. It was that another customer was able to walk in and get serviced mid-way into my pre-scheduled manicure. Tiffany didn't even apologize for keeping me waiting. Horrible. I came in for a Gel Mani/Regular Pedi. The salon is clean and neat. I was immediately greeted and didn't have to wait at all, mind you, I went right at 12 (lunch rush). I was pleasantly surprised when the girl doing my gel mani spoke English. I don't really mind when they don't, but it was just nice to be able to completely communicate. The design I had in mind was a little tough to accomplish, since I was having it done in gel, but after everything, they pulled through, and did an awesome job - both on my hands and feet; and it was done in an hour and 15 minutes! I went up to the front, and that's when I lost all hope in EVER coming back. :( I was charged $71 (sigh). That's normally what I pay for 2 people getting a gel mani/regular pedi. I ended up tipping the girls and my total came to $81, because quite frankly they DID do an amazing job. BUT I would NEVER come back. Not for that price. Sorry Happy Nails. Literally THE worst manicures I've ever gotten. I got one a few months ago and it was uneven and chipped easily. Went back last week because I was in a rush and hoped maybe it was just one bad experience. Got powder and they chipped and broke within 2 days. Also, she never changed my nail shape, insisting she would do it later. One nail was a different color because, after trying it on and telling her I didn't like that color, she dipped in the new powder I asked for instead of removing the old one. So my mom and I decided to treat ourselves to a nice day at the spa. I also knew that my fave girl, Kim, was about to go on vacation so I had to get there ASAP lol. Mama and I decided to get gel nails and a pedicure, and of course my mom chooses the exact same colors as me. It was actually my first time getting gel nails and I am loving them already. I opened a coke can like nothing. Also, since I play guitar I think it just makes sense to get gel nails. Alright back to my Happy Nails experience... I used to go to the Happy Nails off of the 91 and Imperial because of convenience, but that one is always so packed and it always felt like they wanted you in and out as fast as possible. So when I discovered this much more personal and friendlier Happy Nails, I was definitely stoked about it. Anddddd they just remodeled it so all the chairs and furniture are new, clean, and comfortable. As someone else has mentioned, I like how they don't jam pack it with chairs. I wouldn't want to be up in someone's grill, let alone their feet. haha All in all, I had an amazing time as usual. Kim took care of my gelnails and Miley did my pedicure. They both were fun to talk to and also made sure they did exactly what I wanted. I never have any complaints about this place. Oh and the manager, Melissa, is such a sweetheart. I love that woman. I had a great experience my first time at this Happy Nails location. I am new to the Anaheim Hills area, and after moving and everything, I desperately needed a fill. I really love my nail lady where I'm from, but it's unrealistic to drive 40 minutes every two weeks just for nails...so I was dreading trying to find someone else. I think Happy Nails hit it out of the park. Christine (so sweet!) gave me theeeee cutest pedicure and amazing foot massage, and Andy was so patient and kind, he explained everything as we were going along. They also made sure I was completely comfortable....I got my nails and pedi done at the same time, in a massage chair. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because I like my nails a little more square, and my tips seem to flare out a bit on the sides, but honestly, that's an easy fix!
