Very Disappointed and Insulted! PLEASE READ !! NEW OWNER ALERT! I have been coming to this nail salon for 6 years with my daughter "who's almost 9" We have grown to love this place! The past few months the SERVICE has gone down and prices have gone up! I had gel nails done on Saturday March 2nd, on March 3rd they started to peel. Today 3 gel-nail polished were OFF!! I called the salon explained that my newly gel nails were coming off. The NEW OWNER said to come in... I was treated as if it was my FAULT! He said what did you do? He asked if I worked? I said NOOOO! THE OWNER said-I had to have done something wrong! I've NEVER had my gel nails to come off in one day! NEW OWNERSHIP ALERT!!! He was condescending and unapologetic! After 6 years it breaks my heart that we will not return to luxury nails! The New Owner Is turning this place like all of the other typical nail salons! My first visit to this nail spa was a very pleasant experience. Customer service was excellent it was quite except for a few customers talking so it was a very relaxing experience just what I needed. I had the pamper me gel manicure pedicure it was fantastic, a bit pricey but worth it. I will definitely return. read more

I've been coming here for over 4 years ! It's been amazing , the staff super friendly, but since May of this year, this place started to go downhill !! Horrible service , it's like the owner almost doesn't care!!! I complained and they said I have to take an appointment to get the specific person I need since for some reason I end up with the new girls every-time I walk in ! It worked for couple of times , then when I called one day the guy who answered the phone refused to let me speak to the lady to set the appointment with her and they said I have to walk in or they cant take me ! BOTH mani & pedi chipped after only 4 days. There were ridges & dents when polish was applied. Sometimes this smooths out while drying so I didn't think anything of it when I left the salon. However, it did not smooth out and looked poor quality. Perhaps this was just the nail technician I had and not everyone here but I am unimpressed enough to not return here. My cuticles could have used the cuticle care other similarly priced salons provide. Came here on recommendation because it was a convenient location but would rather drive further next time for better quality at the same price point. read more

Probably won't be my go-to for a manicure. I had to shape a couple of my own nails that I had broken and my manicurist only ran the file back and forth (!) across the tops so they were square and crooked. No shaping at all! Also her own nails were very dirty, and not from polish, it was under the nails. The polish has little bubbles in a couple of the nails so my guess is they'll peel quickly. I feel this was a quickie, sloppy job. I feel badly saying these things because the lady, Cathy, was nice. Next time, if there is one, I'll try another manicurist. read more

I will never go back! I was getting a pedicure today and the girl cut me. Then proceeded to try to stop the bleeding with super glue!!! Come polish time, no base coat and only one coat of polish. To top it off, it was expensive!! $32! You think I would have at least got the "sorry I cut you discount"! LOL! read more

I went in on a Friday afternoon as a walk in to get a fill and i was lucky enough to get seated right away. The staff seemed very friendly and attentive when i walked in, the place is clean and they also offer complimentary water bottles. My manicurist for the day was Teresa and she did a wonderful job! She gave me exactly what i wanted without rushing. I will definitely be back! read more

I should give 0 stars. I came and asked for a fill (the place i normally go to was booked and i was on my lunch) most of the nails ended up crooked I typically wear my nails are a little bit on the thicker side. She took out so much thickness they are paper thin now. The person in charge came over and asked why I changed my mind on a design and I said because I'm going to have to redo them they are going to break they're so thin her excuse was other people like them thin and the girl doesn't speak much English. I said u dont just take it upon yourself to thin them. She also cut my cuticle So when she put the alcohol on it burned. I should have walked out without paying she charge me full price and says come back to get them fixed in my opinion I shouldn't have to go back and get them fixed they should have been done right to begin with read more

Got my gel nails taken off. $10 + $2 tip. The lady was very nice but she missed quite a few spots on the side of my nails. I had to show her where to take off the gel nail-polish. My nails are brittle now but it's probably from wearing gel nails for a month :/ read more

This is my nail place! I really like it, it is very clean, and the staff is friendly (which says a lot for a nail salon). I have been coming her for about 2 years, since they opened. They provide clean tools for every client...(I've been there many nights when they sterilize all the sets of tool from that day, and seal them in individual packs for the next day), they use new files, and buffers for each person also. When you are seated for your service, weather it be full set, mani & pedi, or whatever, they bring you a cold bottle of water, and offer magazines. They have all the acrylic options, including Pink and White (which is what I get), and they provide full Spa Pedicures, with all the extra's! One great thing that I think puts them over the top, is that they have the cutest little pink bear spa chair for all those little princesses who come with their mom's. The chair has it's own DVD player for the kids!!! Too Cute! I luv this place. All the staff are great at services (I never make appointment's, I never know when I can make it) but never had a problem with anyone who has done my nails. I would HIGHLY recommend this salon, it is fabulous! Note: it is a little on the pricier side, but somethings are worth the extra$$$ :) read more

Teresa does a great job with my nails. I am super particular and she takes great care of me. I have tried all types of nails but my favorite is the organic dip. It stays on sooo good. Had me waiting over an hour and a half at a station doing nothing and giving me no indication why it was taking so long not when I would be getting somebody to start on my toes. They took my mom right away who I was also with. Instead they were tending to some other woman who had obviously already been there for quite some time already. Two people working on her the whole almost two hours I was there just waiting for them even to start on me. Why couldn't have they pulled one lady from her to start on me? I would have left way sooner but had to wait for my mom to get finished- she was mid treatment so she couldn't have just walked out and I couldn't have left her there. The man who worked there who I think is owner told me it wasn't his fault and gave me some lame excuse of that other lady who they were working on kept changing her mind about color. Come on change of color doesn't take 2 hours!! Give me a break! And yes it's all your fault you could have told woman she would have to wait for change if she really wanted you had other customers waiting for service. But did you?! No!! Me nor my mom won't be back until vet again! Don't waste your time! I ended up spending my whole morning there and for what? Nothing! On top of it was trying to give myself a treat/pampering for my bday. Oh yeah happy birthday to me!! Not!! read more

I have been going to this salon for years! Before it switched owners about 7ish years ago, it was a fantastic place. Because I am a creature of habit, I have continued to go here until recently. The workers here are VERY rude and NEVER speak to the customers. They are constantly speaking to each other or on the phone. They over-charge on a regular basis and I've had enough. I won't be going back. I did not receive good service or a good pedicure. It was halfhearted and I gave the place 3 times to get it right. The first two were OK.
