Only positive was...can't think of a thing. I asked for rounded tips and my nails looked like boxes. Girl was rude and said I must have had acrylics last time because my nails were to strong. I haven't had acrylics in over 25 years! I do however take very good care of my nails. Happy nails left me very unhappy with service and quality. Reviews seemed pretty good so I brought my daughter here for a fill. Three days later one of her nails snapped off by opening a foil wrapper. So I brought her back to have the nail fixed. I also decided to bring my mom so she could get a fill. The guy named "Long" did her fill who happened to be the same guy who did my daughters nails the week before. As he was doing my moms fill, he cut her really bad, THREE TIMES. Then he did the most disgusting unsanitary thing, he dipped her cut fingers into the jar of dip powder...The same jar they probably dip everyone's fingers in. Not in its own separate tray... straight in the jar of powder. Talk about unsanitary... I can only imagine how many times they do this. I will NEVER come back here or bring anyone here or recommend anyone here. Besides him being rude, I should have known not to come back when my daughters nails couldn't even last 3 days before snapping off. There are too many options for nail places in the local area to go somewhere that has rude and unsanitary employees. ***UPDATE - One of my moms nails broke within 2 hours of leaving this place and she refuses to go back because of how badly he hurt her. And to top it off, he had charged her$20 for her nails and made it seem as if he was doing her a favor because he cut her. She shouldn't have had to pay anything after cutting her like that. Use to come here all the and loved it but then I come a day ago and two nails break the same day and I come today to fix them and the guy was being rude and aggressive , rushing so much because of him and I asked a simple question and started raising his voice. Never going there again also he messed up my two nails and I complained then they talked in whatever the fuck language they were speaking in non stop laughing at me didn't help me so I got up and left. Stopped by to get a manicure, didn't have an appointment ( 2:13 pm )on a Sunday 2/9/20. The older gentleman sitting closest to the entry door was in the middle of working on a client and asked, what you need. I replied with, just a manicure. He replied, do you have an appointment. When told no, do I need and appointment for the manicure. He became rude and grunted some language I was sure of... Even though there was a young lady who was walking around looking as if she was ready to assist, the older gentleman grunted again, no appointment must wait... Figuring that business was so great for them, they're by appointment only, I left the store. Clearly they don't need my business, a simple commoner in Henderson willing to help small local businesses. The man doing my nails was on the phone most the time he was doing my nails and didn't listen to the nail shape or length I wanted then refused to take them off when I didn't like them. The nails have an irregular shape and are not even in texture. I had to go to another shop to have them fixed. The new ownership at this establishment is no good. By far the WORST nail salon I have EVER been to. I had one incident a few months ago where the male owner cut me with nail clippers and yelled at me for it and proceeded to not say sorry. After that I went somewhere else. Tried this place again today and a female nail stylist first tried to LIE to me about the price of a pedicure ($30 instead of $25) and the other nail stylist had to pop in and correct. She then started speaking to him in Vietnamese and shaking her head like she was mad at him for doing that. After that I told her I had a cut on the bottom of my foot, she saw it and nodded and continued to massaging over it! After that I wanted a white color paint so she grabbed two colors to try and I didn't like either of them because they were light grey and purple, I told her I wanted white and she ignored me, continued to paint and say that it is white. She finally took off the grey pain and got the right color and didn't even bother putting the base coat back on. I asked and she rolled her eyes. TERRIBLE service and NEVER going back. read more

Best pedicure I have every had! The salon is very clean and friendly. On negative is that I didn't start getting my pedicure until 25 minutes after my appointment. They pay close attention to detail with my feet. The longest and most relaxing calm and foot massage I have every had. They must of worked on each leg for at least 5 minutes. I had an appointment at 1pm I got in fairly quickly (within 15 minutes of my reso) I'm seated and I tell the lady I do not want to soak my nails in acetone because it breaks my nails. So what does she do tells me to soak for 5 minutes. In the meantime she goes and starts a pedicure. Sitting and patiently waiting 15 minutes later a guy comes over and starts to remove my gel polish, he can't get it off so he tells me to soak my nails now HE goes and starts a pedicure as well. Now I'm waiting another ten minutes for someone to help me out. Now ANOTHER guy comes over and starts my nails not to mention he is not even paying attention to me texting, answering the phone, talking to co workers. The reason for my appt was so that I could get out in a reasonable time. It's now 1:35pm and my gel is still on my nails. Anyways he gave my the most awful gel manicure I have ever gotten. The nail polish was thin so obviously you should do 3 coats and he only did 2 until I had to say something then got mad when I asked for him to apply another coat. So when ever I am visiting my mom in Las Vegas this has been my go to nail place. My last visit was less than desirable. An older gentleman did my nails. I initially was looking at a pinkish color...I asked was is sheer or opaque because I didn't want to be able to see through it...he had no idea what I mean or was saying so I ended up just going with a red. I told him I want the same color red on my nails and toes but gel on my nails. He began my pedicure and used tools that were already out...I didn't see him open a sterile bag, Yikes! I should have said something but I didn't. Same thing with my nails. I had gel on my nails and he used the drill to take the top layer off, then wrapped them (by this time he is completely rushing and it's getting on my nerves). He unwrapped my nails and proceeded to use his nail to scrape the polish off!!!! YUCK! Instead of wrapping my nails again to get remaining polish of he filed away at the tops of my nails thinning my nails to no end. He then painted my nails...on the sides there are spots where polish is missing, he didn't take it down far enough, annnnnd it's not the same color red that is on my toes!!!! Very disappointed because this was my go to spot. I'll have to look for a new nail place. read more
