I was led to Nu Bella through a Groupon offer which I backed up with research on Yelp before buying. At times people will be hesitant to purchase coupons or take a deal for a business because there is an assumption that something is wrong. My belief is that this business made a good decision to gain new clients for a new employee at the spa. She's really great so I'm encouraging you to take a chance and save some money at the same time. Alicia has turned out to be the best provider of a painless (mostly) Brazilian wax. I've been getting Brazilians for at least 15 years now and my experiences with her have been the least painful. She takes her time. She's thorough and also informative if you have questions on maintenance. Alicia also does eyelash extensions, eyelash perming, permanent makeup and more. I've only gone in for waxing, but I plan on trying out more of her services. Please remember that if you are using a coupon or Yelp discount that if you also believe she has done an awesome job, a nice tip is appropriate. I always ask providers what the normal cost of my service would have been and then I tip accordingly. For spray tans, she makes sure ur not orange and rubs lotion on elbows, knees, nails, and palms so you don't stain in weird places(which has happened to me before). I was in to see Lori for a 1/2 leg, full Brazilian and facial yesterday. First of all Lori is so sweet, and reassuring. The room when you walk in feels warm and comforting. It was my first Brazilian, and I was very nervous. I've heard many stories!! I must say I didn't have much discomfort at all!! Very happy with it. The facial was fantastic!!
