I had a great pedicure with Lee- she scrubbed and did a great job with cleaning which is usually my chief complaint. Kelly the owner took my sad nails and did a dip with the brush- much like an acrylic application and I really love the result of exactly what I asked for which was a thin nail without the hump- if you know, you know. We call to confirm they have availability for two pedicures and they said yes. We were there in 2 mins. They sat us both and put our feet in water. Only started working on one of us. My partner still soaking his feet for over 30 mins, and I was still not done. That's when we decided to call it off. Right away they jump and said they'll get started. We had other commitments and did not have another 40 mins to wait. Plus, they over charge just for getting shellac. Ended up paying $50 plus tip and it took the lady an HOUR to just do a pedicure! Pedicure was not even worth it. Do not recommend this place. I pay way less in other salons with better treatment too. read more

Just felt dirty and during covid not what I wanted to experience. The chairs needed a wipe down or maybe covers. Everything is just worn down making it look unpleasant and dirty. Simple things could've been done like closing drawers next to the nail techs chairs and organizing areas. The male who did my pedicure did an excellent job though. Pretty good nail spot. I went here the day before xmas eve and it was pretty busy. I wanted a dip powder manicure and waited for about 15 min before someone started to work on me. Overall the actual work that was done was very good. She took her time and thoroughly cleaned, buffed, dipped etc. I only came here bc I was at my Mother in laws house .. And I live in cypress. I have decided to rate there OVERALL experience. I did not rate this based on one action.... This is how my experience started, I entered there salon, it wasn't dirty and not much customer and I thought that was perfect because I didn't have a lot of time, I asked how much was there refills and that I wanted French tips, they tried to charge me 50$ so I asked for a price menu and it turns out it should have been 35$, I was a little upset about that because if I didn't ask for proof I would have been overcharged but stayed anyways I got a pedicure as well.,,, TERRIBLE, HORRENDOUS, DISASTER, DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. My toes came out disgusting with bubbles and chips after...and don't get me started on my hands.. cut my cuticles till they bleed and they all came out crooked. And when I asked them to fix it they said it was fine how it was. So there I was filing my own nails she could not do French if her life depended on it... I stopped half way because they keep rubbing on my cut and bleeding hands with acetone!!!!!!! I asked for just a clear coat so I could leave. They charged me 76 dollars in total. I would have rather burned that money than paid.... If you do go I hope you have a better experience but I'd suggest you to go LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE... good luck and these are the updated prices... Stopped by last month for a pedicure. It was midday on a weekday. There were a couplr other customers but they weren't packed so I was seated immediately. The lady who did my pedicure was friendly and efficient. She did a good job. I think my total came to about $30. (They offer several levels of pedicures to choose from.) Be aware that they do not take AMEX. I only have an AMEX, and I happened to not have cash on me. I just totally didn't think to ask if they take AMEX before the gal got started. I understand that maybe people try to get by without paying so I'm sure that explains their immediate distrust of me when they found out I had no cash and only had an AMEX. Kind of very embarrassing when one of the ladies keeps asking very loudly if I have a MasterCard. Like I'm all of a sudden going to discover one in my wallet. It came down to me insisting that I would in fact bring cash by within the hour- which I did. I'll go back probably but I'll be sure to take cash. read more

I have been going to this nail salon since 2004. I've been to tons of different salons in Houston since I started (I'm sorry, I live over an hour away, it is hard to schedule the drive, and mainly visit with my mother who lives in the area). I've been to nail salons in Austin as well. I only get pedicures, as a restaurant manager, I can not have my manicure done, so I can not rate them on manicure or nail designs. What I can talk about is that their pedicures are like a renewal of your feet. The color lasts forever, (I do a traditional, not gel). But the best part is the people. At one point in time I went once a week, pregnant, and the honest care for who I was was incredible. After my son was born, these lovely women remembered me. I truly believe the connections and interactions with people make a business excellent. These are excellent people, especially if you are a regular. I highly recommend building a relationship here. I was recommended by a co worker to go to this nail salon to get my mani and pedi for my wedding. I called the salon up and booked an appointment for five people for a Friday. We arrived and they promptly worked on us. There were 5 women working that day so we all started at the same time. They started with the pedicure and then the manicure. I was very happy with the results. They will do a mini massage on your feet and your hands when they do the pedicure and the manicure. All of the ladies were extremely nice. Not all really speak english, but that goes for most nail salons. The one that speaks the best english is Nancy. The cost for a mani & pedi is just $30! If you do french tips it's $3 extra per. So if you do french tips for both your toes and your hands, then the total is $36. Very good prices! I am not a regular at getting my toes/nails done but I do know that is a pretty good price. And the service was great! They worked on each of us for at least 1 hour. Some took longer if they chose to do french tips for both hands and feet. I was very satisfied with all of their work and will definitely be recommending this place to everyone that lives around Katy. I was pretty skeptical at first because of all the bad reviews but they made my first time getting acrylics nails great! i've been going here for a year or two now and i've never been disappointed :). I've been to many different nail places in houston but i always get the most compliments from people whenever I get my nails done from here! I always get fun designs for my acrylics and they always do really good! also if I ever don't like something or need something fixed, they're always really sweet and change it. give this place a try and if you don't like it, you don't like it. WoW. the decor is in relaxing colors and the lights are dimmed. It is a nice spa setting, unlike some other plain old nail salons. I was offered water, soda or wine. That's a very nice touch. Something all spa/salons should do. They are so nice. I'm a picky customer and am particular about the shape of my nails. Hailey is awesome and did my nails exactly how I like them. I used to live in an apartment off of Mason and would frequent this nail salon often. Today, after not having been in over a year, I thought it would be fun to drop in and get a pedi. Oh my. The place has totally changed. The majority of the women who used to work here no longer work here-- about four people came in while they were doing my nails looking for specific people and were told 'they no longer work here.' I felt like what had once been a clean, bright, friendly atmosphere was replaced by a dull, slightly dirty one. The long line of polishes was gone and was replaced by a small cart full of half used/old polishes. The woman who did my pedi unbuttoned and unzipped her pants while she was doing my nails (???) and then proceeded to mess up on the flowers on my big toe so badly that they looked like skulls. And not even good skulls. I asked her to re-do them and she messed up two more times, smearing the polish all over, before I finally said it was fine, as we were going no where fast. I wanted somewhere cheap (it was) and close to where I was getting my hair done (it was) but it was not worth it. Next time I will pay a little more for something fun and relaxing, which, I think, is the point of a pedi, instead of leaving wanting to bash my head into a brick wall. read more

I used to go here all the time, but then I switched locations for work and hadn't gone in a while. I went last Saturday to get a shellac manicure and a pedi. The pedicure was fine, it's the shellac I have the issue with. It's very splotchy and uneven like they missed random spots. When I went back in the next day to have it fixed, they told me it looks fine and wouldn't touch it up. Thankfully I use a much better place now that actually takes pride in their work! read more

I have been coming here for a short time, but they are not knowledgeable about shapes of nails. I asked for oval and got round. I ask for square round I get straight square I have even showed pictures. I don't know the lady's name that has done my nails at least twice,but she slices my skin with nail file. I'm very disappointed and have been a customer for several years but after this new lady butchered my pretty long nails to look like a guys nails after I repeatedly told the woman not to make my nails short. She didn't listen to a word I said and did Want she wanted to my nails. I had gotten a pedicure which was ok but the powder color was all bubbled up and very unevenly painted on my now man nails. My fingers look stubby and fat since I now have very little nails left. And after all this the woman who could not speak English added an extra $6 for my service after the salon owner left and was arguing with me and over charged me. They do switch employees maybe every 3 years but always hard workers. If I have a complaint they are more than welcomed to fix it! As the other comments I see... If I could I would give no stars. This pace is ridiculously horrible. My nails were uneven, had bubbles under them, and crooked. My niece I took to get her nails painted, they were rude to her and wouldn't even let her get the color she asked for. I'm paying for a service here.. I should have known and left right then. I WAS a long time customer, despite the fact they twice burned me when waxing my eyebrows. I had a 5:00 appointment, showed up at 4:50.
