I said that I was "disappointed I was being charged full price for a service that was so bad and wasn't even complete" I spoke directly to you and made that very clear and when you just shrugged your shoulders and said "sorry" I said that's really disappointing and that you just lost a loyal customer....you shrugged your shoulders again and walked away. That doesn't show any type of sympathy that shows greediness. A dazzle dry mani pedi never takes over 2 hours, I've had many of them at Q Spa. The tech struggled through every step of the pedicure and manicure. You offered for someone else to finish my service and I said I need to be somewhere in 10 minutes (this was after being there much longer than the service typically takes) and you didn't respect or care for my time you insisted someone else paint my nails.
