Overall I like this place. The employees are great 99% of the time. That 1% when they aren't so great really sticks with me. They have sold me 2 items that didn't work. They let me return one of them without any problems. The second item was missing the remote and instruction manual. I actually think that an employee brought this item from home stuck a price tag on it and put it on the shelf knowing that it wouldn't work. I should have examined item better before I bought it. This place might seem better than it is because of the lack of local competition. Most importantly I do trust this place and most of the employees. read more

I was in need of cannabis for my stress, stomach and pain. I went in and was very happy with the place. A guy approached me and I told him I had $100 to spend. He immediately jumped up and grabbed a mason jar full of cannabis. It was the most I had ever bought for $100. I got home and smoked some and it was the WORST I have ever had. No feeling of relief for stomach, not even the high that comes from smoking it. It smelled good, looked good and I should have known something was up. That guy knew he was selling me shitty stuff and took my money. I plan on returning it, not expecting my money back and throwing it in his face. They are a real piece of work. I moved up to Gladstone in April. Since then, I've seen several shops like this go up off of North Oak. However, this shop has stood out to me. Namely, the prices, and the people who work there. Asif is an awesome owner, and it becomes really easy to loose track of time while talking to him inside the store. My gf & I work @ another vape shop & she went in there for a cpl items we don't have. Imagine that! Shopping @ a store that has what you're looking for! Well, when she told them she worked @ a vape shop, the owner gave her a coke & told her to leave immediately. The coke gesture was for the camera, which didn't pick up the audio where he was a complete dick. Personally, I've shopped here plenty of times, cause different stores carry different products. You all are more expensive, but you had the product I was searching for. Just like my gf yesterday. I'm shocked any business would ever treat a paying customer to rude, so disrespectful. This place is something else. Staff is extremely rude, dumb and have no clue what they are talking about. I watched the staff of brain dead children talk some poor soul into a "one of a kind piece blown in Kansas City" then instantly replace it with an exact duplicate from Amazon. I would really like a response from the owner on this so I was looking at some rolling trays sitting on a table which I could clearly see had some wooden boxes stacked on top in a pyramid like form when I went to grab one of the trays off of the table the boxes fell off the table and broke then I was informed by the employee working that they have a break it by it policy. I could understand said policy if in the situation he handed me a piece of glass and I then dropped it and broke it I would understand having to pay for it but him making me pay for something that I wasn't even looking at or inquiring about is out right ridiculous. Very poor customer service! I have been to multiple shops and this is the worst. Husband purchased a new e-cig the other day. Was told by the owner that there were 5 new coils in with it. Got it home and not only were there not any coils with it, the charging system was the European type so it useless to charge. When he went back the next the owner said "oh I am sorry I thought the coils were part of it but I was mistaken." Offered a 5pack 1/2 off. Wouldn't do anything about the charging system. This is his way of buying them cheaper and still selling them at the higher rate when they are useless. Pathetic way of running a business! read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Worst customer service ever! If I could give a lower star I would. This was my go to shop for all of my smoke vape necessities, until tonight. I bought a brand new vape from this shop which the guy claimed to be the highest rated vape. 4 hours later out of no where my vape lit up and about exploded in my hands. I know you his is not the distributors fault but the manufacturers. I took the device back to the shop expecting them to replace the vape and the battery that was fried. (As they told me right after purchase that the shop held a 6 month warranty and a manufacturer 1 year warranty) they handed me a replacement (as expected) but told me there was nothing they could do about the battery. Nothing they could do?!? After all my troubles? Almost being injured by the device he claimed to be #1, driving out of my way to come to the shop that has always done me "right" for over a year now just because they have always done me right in the past. Being a business owner myself I always do right by my clients. If they have a problem I do everything in my power to make them happy. I was treated with disrespect after I asked for me receipt (over$100) never received my receipt of purchase, had to call the local police to get involved total pain in the ASS, and no longer will they be a recommendation.
