The worker broke MY battery in the process of trying to fix the connection, he then gave me a $2 discount on a new $12 battery that worked with my new cart. Long story short, the cart stopped working and started leaking the next day after I bought it, so I wasted money on a new cart and battery that both ended up not working. Don't go here.

Nestled in the heart of the eclectic West Port neighborhood is this funky little cigar joint that has a very good selection of sticks, a quaint lounge and best of all just good folks running the shop and chill peeps enjoying. Jason was the man in charge of the evening and he made the experience just that much more memorable. Well versed in tobacco we vibed and he highly recommended I try a Sans Pareil cigar...I'm embarrassed to say I had not heard of this brand, but I'm happy to have been introduced to it. I chose the Red which is a torpedo with an Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper and Dominican filler and binder. I'll fast forward to say, from my pic you'll see I smoked it to the nub and nearly burned my fingers - yes, it was that good. Once well lit with a house complimentary cedar stick it burned evenly throughout and held a great ash. Just a very well made cigar. On item of note - it's BYOB! No corking fee. So, one tip - walk over to the local Sun Fresh market, which is a mere two blocks away, and is well stocked with beer, wine, and a decent selection of liquor. That's right, inside the supermarket you'll find the necessary goodies to complement your stick. Then just make your way back and enjoy your time at Fidel's. I'll be back soon Fidel's!

I was looking for a new vape to try, as the reviews said "best prices" & they have many varieties to choose from.. as I was taking my time to view the prices of each & decide on the best product of choice with flavor & number of puffs in comparison, the clerk approaches me babbling with a rude tone about "Give me 2 or 3 options of what you're looking at and I will choose one for you, I want your money and your business but my boss is watching on camera and the law says we can't have you stand here and look, even QT & Vape Haven would tell you the same so hurry & choose one" I was disgusted, that's not how you run a shop, let alone treat your customers. While he also said "the law" to me, I decided to question him about his "CBD" products & to my surprise he stated that he didn't know if his products on the shelf contained marijuana either, "You have to read it, I don't know". He also said you don't need a license to purchase them, some say CBD, but when you read some of them it says THC.. nothing else. The product itself looked like the fake marijuana (K2) that caused Seizures & Overdoses years back, & shall we remind ourselves he said "You don't need a license to purchase". Being a licensed green customer that should not be allowed & it's not safe for our children! I do not suggest a terribly owned and poorly running smoke shop like this one, they should be shut down.
