To clarify, I couldn't even get a shuttle booked, so I can speak to what their vans are like. Just spent the last 20 minutes trying to book a shuttle through their website and kept getting an error message that the card information was wrong. I tried two different cards and called their number. The guy could apparently see my transaction online but said I needed to call my bank and couldn't offer any suggestions for how to make the online booking work, nor did he offer to book over the phone. So called VIP luxury van is 10 mins late to begin with. Dropped us in hotel zone, wait for other passengers, wait for other buses to pick all passengers then transfer to Chichen Itza. While I writing this review, we are sitting in the deck of the hotel, been waiting for over 30 mins for the bus/other passengers. This so called 10hrs of your own van is a liar. We paid US$350. happy shuttle got us round-trip from cancun to tulum safe and sound. our shuttle at the airport wasn't readily available when we landed, but we didn't wait too long. our first shuttle was a bit more dirty and run down, but our second shuttle from tulum to cancun was brand new. driver to tulum was great, asked us if we wanted to stop by any convenient stores / starbucks on the way. driver back to cancun was ok, seemed to have scoffed at our tip, and not to mention the nose-picking that he didn't think i can see. but overall, reliable, generally on-time, and reasonably priced! read more

(*** Disclaimer *** I wrote this back in May on my way to the airport) I was very happy with everyone I interacted with. Every one was kind personable and helpful. The drivers are amazing humans 5 stars for them. The reason for the two star deduction is for their customer service. They were never rude and tried to be helpful but they made a mistake that could have been costly. I'm writing this as I sit in the shuttle with a very apologetic driver. I booked a private ride back to the airport. I found out my friends were on the same flight back so we decided to check if we could ride together ( they were in a shared shuttle). I call the WhatsApp number on the website and say " I have a private ride to the airport, I have two friends and a toddler that would like to join. Can they join me?" The operator says if just the two and the child that's fine. So we go to cancel their ride with their original shuttle and they're told just let them arrive and tell them never-mind when they arrive but the fee is lost. Thank god for that! Our shuttles arrived at the same time. We tell the driver thanks but no thanks and go to my shuttle. We then find out that they'd only put one on the pick up order. Driver calls dispatch they confirm my call but claim I said only one adult and a child. Clearly something got lost in translation. Luckily their driver was still at exit gate and we were able to call him back. That misunderstanding would have cost them to lose their money that was payed for their shuttle along with my money which I would have had to pay if they had lost their ride. All of this should have been avoided with phone call i made in the morning. That's why they lost 2stars. When you run a business and your employees make a mistake you right that mistake and don't put it on the costumer. read more

Easy and quick booking process online. I was able to chat with agents who answered all my questions. The man who checked us in was so nice and rearranged things without a problem because we showed up in the wrong terminal. My ride came with beers. Smooth drive from Cancun to PDC. Happy Shuttle...more like sad shuttle. While the trip to the resort was good, they would not send another shuttle to pick us up at a later time since our flight was cancelled due to weather. They also wouldn't issue me half of my refund back for circumstances that were unfortunately out of my control. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They guy that I spoke to was very rude and left a bad taste in our mouth at the end of our vacation. Affordable clean safe and efficient ride to Isla Mujeres Ferry! Review of: Private Transportation from Cancun Airport to Ferry Isla Mujeres We found this to be the best deal for us. Booked online the night before we arrived (but would recommend earlier). Their online chatting service very helpful also! Two adults ~$100 USD ROUND TRIP from Cancun airport to Puerto Juarez including ROUND TRIP Ultramar ferry tickets. They are easy to spot just outside the airport (walk through the exit doors avoiding all the internal scams to the outdoor center island where receiving business reps are holding up signs- Happy Shuttle Cancun folks are wearing bright green shirts with the Happy Shuttle Cancun logos). We received a private van to ourselves but were willing to share. Received ice cold water though we didn't order it. Nice ride! About 25 mins from airport to Puerto Juarez. Upon return, they were again easy to spot in the parking receiving area of Puerto Juarez. Had our own private van again. Bonus! TIPS: Make sure you print your confirmation ticket before leaving home. And if you buy roundtrip, make sure you get your return tickets for the shuttle and ferry when you meet the reps upon your arrival at the airport. Highly recommend this service!! read more

My fiancé and I went to Cancun late July 2021 and needed transportation to our hotel (Sun Palace). When we got outside the terminal, it was easy to see the Happy Shuttle staff in a lime green polo shirt and khaki pants. I simply walked up to him and checked in. He had list of people to be picked up and sure enough our names were there. He asked us to wait while he call for our shuttle. About 7-10mins later we loaded up and were on our way to our hotel. The driver didn't speak much but that was fine with us. He also drove pretty fast but that was also fine because there were barely any cars on the road and we were dying to get to the hotel. The van was clean and A/C was great. The next day, I received an email to confirm my departure flight, day, and time as well the pick up time at the hotel. On the day of check out, the driver was there right on time and we had a great drive back to the airport. No complaint. Easy and simple to use. Will use again. read more

Buyer Beware - Fraudulent Vendor! Happy Shuttle did not refund me after I sent a cancelation email to them (in accordance with their refund policies) and after they responded via email confirming that they would process the refund. As such, I resorted to disputing the credit card charge. Happy Shuttle responded to the Capital One claiming I did not cancel my trip per their policy and therefore no refund is due. I then provided Capital One with the emails showing the cancelation request AND Happy Shuttle's confirmation that a refund would be processed. It's now been 6 months since Happy Shuttle told me my refund would be processed; 5 months since I opened the dispute; 2 months since I provided the additional evidence to Capital One; and STILL not resolved as credit card companies have a huge backlog of disputes to process due to COVID. Nonetheless, this vendor is not honest and its refund policy is not reliable. I challenge Happy Shuttle to openly dispute my claim here! read more

I can't believe how happy shuttle representatives treat their clients. I have left this trip upset and disappointed how I been treated by Gustavo, demanding that I pay more or I will loose my shuttle. He called and hung up on me, I don't understand why I needed to pay more if this clearly states it is per vehicle not passenger. All other shuttle companies where around, no Happy. I barely made 130 ferry to Isla Mujeres. I should have been on the 1pm. I paid extra for suburban. The driver was great though.
