This is for a root canal procedure she had done today April 6 2026 From the beginning of the appointment, the dentist's demeanor lacked the level of care and reassurance that is especially important during a procedure as sensitive as a root canal. Throughout the treatment, there was little effort made to explain what was happening or to check in on my comfort level. This lack of communication significantly increased my anxiety. At one point during the procedure, I felt so overwhelmed by both the situation and the dentist's behavior that I asked for the procedure to be stopped mid-treatment. That is not something any patient should feel compelled to do, and it reflects how distressing the experience had become. Additionally, there were moments where I felt dismissed and unsupported while clearly in distress. A patient undergoing this type of procedure should feel safe, informed, and cared for, but that was not my experience. The overall bedside manner was abrupt and unempathetic, which made an already stressful situation much worse. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this office. Patient care should include not only technical skill but also compassion, patience, and clear communication. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients are treated with the care and respect they deserve.

The Doctor is knowledgeable and breaks down the treatment so you understand what's going on. The Doctor allows you to be in the room with your child while he does the treatment (not everyone does this). My son isn't the easiest patient the Doctor and staff let us take as much time needed to get it together. I like this dental office because I get a sense of a family environment, they are sympathetic, patient and relatable here. Thanks you tiny tots for always taking care of my son.
