I've been taking my dog here for two years and love the service. You can tell they love what they do and caring for my dog.

The owner is pretty short and comes out as rude over the phone. I don't think I've dealt with her in person. Everytime I've picked up my dog he is full of other dogs hair and as soon as I get home I need to bathe him... which in my opinion what am I paying for? Not taking my dog back. read more

Rude experience! Began on phone, short with answers and seemed annoyed when asked a question. But I said it's ok maybe a bad day. First trying to find parking is a nightmare,you would think owner would say "hey by the way park in back" nope. I finally get there Owners ignorant boyfriend/husband began to yell at me because he claims I reversed to fast? How sir if I'm in a small parking lot that can fit literally 2 cars, I couldn't miss him, again lot so small-he began screaming like a maniac out loud, waving his hands,goes into the business calling me names and while the owner says nothing and you would think the owner would try to defuse situation or even apologize..NOPE !! she tries to LIE and say no he didn't say anything?? DO NOT GO HERE !!!! IF 0 stars were an option I would put that. This was my first time coming to a "professional" groomer with my 1 year old puppy. While making my appointment she was very rude over the phone and she was the same way when I got there to drop him off and pick him up. she told me "I closed at 1" with a terrible attitude when her website said she was open until 2. she told me it would be $50 over the phone to cut my dogs hair, cut his nails and wash him. She then tried to charge me $70 for her not leaving at 1 o'clock and me being 10 mins "late". I got there, paid her, and apologized for me being a little late due to traffic and her being 30 mins away from me. she snatched the money out of my hand and threw the leash at me with the dog On it I said. She then opened the door for me and said "whatever" and slammed the door behind me. I got in the car and of course examined my dog. My dog was poorly cut and NOT WASHED As well as acting weird, hiding his head, wining, very not like him. So of course I'm going question if they mistreated my dog. They will not be seeing me or my dog again. read more

We have been taking our Frenchie, Oscar, there for the 2 years that we've had him. We were/are nervous first time dog owners so we don't trust many people with our fur-baby. Cathy and the staff at Happy Tails are fantastic! They treat Oscar with love and he LOVES going there! He loves hanging out with the girls and playing with the other pups and always comes home worn out and smelling great! It is a pretty casual operation, where you drop your pup off within a window of time in the morning and they close when they're done so you have to come get your dog when they call. I've never had a single problem with their work and the price is very reasonable, especially since Oscar has a pretty low maintenance coat. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give Happy Tails zero stars I would. My dogs paws were covered in blood. They cut the quick and he even had blood on his face. They called to tell me my dogs were ready at 2:20 and left a kind of nasty voicemail 20 minutes later saying they close at 2pm. It's a 35 min drive for me to get there. Never did they mention the time that they closed when I dropped them off that morning. They also did not cut my dog who was covered in blood the way I asked. They also did not smell that great and didn't even cut any of the hair that gets stained from their tears, which is what I asked them to do. read more

I have been using Happy Tails for many years. These folks are TERRIFIC!! Never had any problems and they have always given my two big dogs great care and love. These are folks who love animals and it shows. They also let me make an appointment at the last minute and have never complained. If they ever wanted to complain--and I have given them reason--they never showed it. Always fun and kind. Add to that, when the dogs get out and run, they run to their door. Now that says more about Happy Tails than any review. The dogs feel comfortable and safe. Use their services, you will be happy that you did! read more
