My dog didn't move for 2 days and it was painful for her to walk and go outside. Called this location 3 separate times talking to different people about the issue, there was no concern for my dog's condition, empathy or calls to follow-up. We took our little girl for her first time haircut which can be very stressful for puppies. Lisa made it simple and very comfortable for her. Our puppy was able to roam around and feel at home while having her hair cut. Lisa is very warm and welcoming. The boutique itself is clean and doesn't smell bad like other places. The groomer said she would have something printed for me on the day of the visit but instead of doing this, she flashed me something on her cell phone. I asked for the best groomer, one that would take especially good care since my dog is pretty nervous and that's what I got.
