Cooper is now three years old (he's our big Labrador/Newfoundland mix, over 100 pounds!), and Sadie is 11 (our sweet American Pitbull and Siberian Husky mix). From the moment my husband and I arrived, Angel was prompt, kind, and ready to take great care of them. Even though it was busy, Angel greeted us right away as soon as we walked in the grooming door. She checked us in smoothly and handled Cooper and Sadie with so much patience and love. What really stood out to me is how calm Cooper has become thanks to consistent visits, Angel even mentioned how proud she was to see how well he's grown into the grooming routine. It means so much to us to know that our dogs feel comfortable and safe with her. Their coats came back shiny and beautiful (I always get the Furminator treatment!), and they looked so happy and well cared for when we picked them up. Angel truly goes above and beyond, not just for our dogs, but for everyone's. It shows in how my babies react when they see her, they know they're in good hands and their whole energy calms down. That says everything to me about the trust she builds. I'm so grateful for Angel and the love she puts into her work. She's a true gem, and my family appreciates her so much. Thank you, Angel, for always taking such great care of Cooper and Sadie!

She said "I think they are on aisle..." and when I replied. that I didn't not see them there - her response was "well we are probably out, I think that is where they would be" and she walked away. I found someone else who looked in the two places they might be, then her little device and told me they were getting some in not he truck that just arrived. Check back tomorrow after they put everything on the shelf.

Kathy is still awesome. I cannot say the same for the groomers. I had to remind them to clean my dog's ears several times. My poor Yorkie looked terrible several times after being cut there. He looked like a rat. One time they didn't cut the hair from around his ears and I thought his ears were flopping on their own as I never had a yorkie before. It was because they didn't cut the hair on his ears. But, why???? There was an issue almost every time I got my dogs groomed and I grew unhappy over time. Before I put the blame all on Kathy's business, it was my fault for canceling at the last minute quite a few times. So, I can imagine how frustrating that was for her. We finally ended our relationship today when she told me the groomers told her they did not want me to return. I was with Kathy's grooming for 11 years. I will miss her. But, I will not miss Kathy's Grooming the business. There are many great grooming businesses in this area, especially mobile grooming businesses competing for business. If businesses want to stay competitive they should make sure they they strive for excellent customer service or risk losing customers.

Overall Kathy's is solid, clean, professional. We've only been coming to Kathy's for about a year or so and they honestly keep getting better with time. Much love here!

They have a deal currently, but 9 bags of food, get the 10th free. I believe it used to be buy 7, and get the 8th free. But if you forget to cash in the free bag when you check out, it eventually expires, which I feel is a dishonest practice. I've reached out to them about lost credits, and never heard back. Additionally, when I purchased something in the last, and returned it they gave me a store credit, which there is no way to use on the app, which frustrates me because the pricing when you order online is better. The owners and staff were so caring and professional, going way beyond what I would expect. I moved back to High Point when Olive was 2 years old, and remained with Northwood until she passed at 14. When I lost Olive, I also lost many friends. Due to travel and health issues, I no longer have pets, but hope to (God willing) sometime in the future. I am amazed that anyone would have a negative review about Northwood. They were always up front with me about treatment, medication, etc. They fit Olive in whenever needed, and even gave us a break on certain treatments. They were fair and honest. Can't get any better than that. I wouldn't go anywhere else. These folks are the best!

They gave me a delivery date for my toy teacup maltipoo and everything went great. He arrived exactly when they said he would. He arrived clean, happy, and healthy with all of his paperwork and food. I took him to the vet the next day and they said he was in great shape, healthy, and had a great personality. He looked exactly like the photos and his personality is perfect. It seems like they likely represent multiple breeders given the volume of dogs they have on the site but my experience was great.

Since bringing her home, she has been coughing continuously. After spending an additional $906 on veterinary visits and diagnostic testing, we are hopeful that she is finally on the road to recovery. Four weeks later, she is still coughing quite a bit, although her appetite has improved significantly. I understand that breeders need to establish policies and guidelines when selling puppies. However, every reputable breeder I have worked with in the past has required a veterinary examination within the first three days of bringing the puppy home and has provided health coverage for issues identified within the first 14 days. The reason for these policies is simple: responsible breeders do not want to place sick puppies in their new homes and are willing to stand behind the health of the animals they sell. This experience has been both emotionally and financially difficult, and I am disappointed that no responsibility has been taken for a condition that was clearly present when we brought our puppy home.
