I made an appointment specifically about my dog's chipped tooth because the website says "complete dental." I paid $80 to be told that they do not handle chipped teeth. They told me they'd call me for referrals, but it sounded like I'd probably have to go to some special place out of town that I logistically couldn't go to any time soon. They also never called with referrals. So I waited and worried for weeks about his tooth that I had wanted to take care of quickly. Two months later they call and say actually they CAN handle chipped teeth (?????). So I take my dog in again and someone finally looks at the tooth. He says he's actually not sure whether it needs to be extracted, but they'd do an exam and decide based on X-rays. they end up extracting the tooth and when I pick up my dog I ask why they made that decision. Nobody there can tell me, so I ask to get a call about it. Instead of that, I'm charged extra to talk to the doctor a week later when my dog comes in for his postop checkup, so instead of a 5 min call I had to pay another $80 when at this point I've already paid them ~$1000. I wasn't warned about this and I think I should have been. I would have said no. I believe I paid more than I should have had I been given information I requested over the phone, and more than once I was waiting for a call that I never received. My dog seems bothered by something in his mouth now, I assume related to his tooth, and if I bring him somewhere it won't be here.

Stopped by here a couple weeks ago, asked if they could do a quick clipping. $5 said we never need an appointment for nails. Another neat thing she did was having me hold a towel around my dog's neck. Said she hates using a muzzle and dogs stay calm. They have it where you can wash your dog or they can do it, the choice is yours. Give it a shot, you'll like it!

He did a fantastic job with Quincy and even provided some extra at home training as i was nervous. Unfortunately, these sweet babies have such a bad wrap. If boarded, Quincy always comes home clean and tired. I've had an unfortunate year health wise and have been in the hospital several times. When I take Quincy to the facility, he cries to get out of the car! He loves to make new friends and visit Mr Leach's team. He doesn't hesitate to leave me in the dust, which I feel speaks volumes! Knowing I'm missing my dog tremendously, Mr. Leach will answer phone calls or texts within several hours, if not immediately. The facility is clean, the staff is accomadating, and Mr. Leach beyond reproach. You won't be sorry if your fur baby needs boarding or a class (or two).

The main problem was He brought him out to the car one day and he saw his buddy from class leaving and jumped at his leash. Auburn jerked his chain collar, that he uses on all dogs, so hard I didn't think he was going to catch his breath. He was 6 months old and didn't need to be choked because he want to play with his friend. But the worst problem came when his wife came out to get him one morning. He jumped into my lap and pressed himself against me so hard I couldn't breath and begin to tremble. She had came to the car several times but he never acted like that. She had done something to him that had him scared to death! That was it my dog had been mistreated ! We never went back!! You do not need a choke collar to strangle them into submission!!! Please do not take a chance of your dog being mistreated by these people!
